★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2x ngerasain banjir di sini, yg pertama lumayan tinggi, yg kedua semata kaki.. tapi tetap harus waspada dengan banjir, krn masih lom bener pengairannya.. sudah gitu bangunan di tahap 1, baru ditempati tahun sudah ambrol..atap kamar belakang ambrol.. dan itu terjadi di banjir kedua.. sedih dan miris.. Ya sudahlah dinikmati.. namanya juga tahap 1, tahap percobaan dari pengembang.. semoga tahap kedua dan ketiga lebih bagus daripada tahap 1.. tidak mengelabui konsumen..
