Current condition some house already built 90% but some house still 60%(delay).
Hopefully actual and concept is not big difference.
Current road condition progress is not yet proper for routine driving.

Cluster surrounded by many open parks (That's why called as green development).
Mostly each house owned by millenials and young families.
Already integrated with schools, hospital and CL station.
Really look forward for another their postponed projects such as public swimming pool, mall or even new access such as underpass
