Marketing and finance are not responsive regarding the progress of house construction. There is no progress on the construction of the house for 6 months. Not recommended for people who need a house urgently

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Route map dari villa Pamulang ke lokasi ini masih ngaco, seharusnya masuk dari depan gerbang. Walaupun sayang gerbang utama belum ada.
The route map from Pamulang villa to this location is still awkward, it should be entered from the front gate. Although unfortunately the main gate does not exist yet.

It's a shame that the housing has not been asphalted and there is no main gate (for security) so the selling value is less attractive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semoga jalanan cepat di aspal dan main gate nya cepat di bangun. Untuk developer semoga tergerak hati nya tidak cuma janji2 saja yaa. Kalau ujan jalanan udah kaya kolam lumpur.
Hopefully the road will be fast on the asphalt and the main gate will be built quickly. For developers, I hope they are moved, not just promises. If it rains the street is like a mud pool.
