★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pembangunan rumah beserta infrastuktur termasuk jalan perumahan yang sangat lambat, ditambah dengan kualitas turap yang buruk ditandai dengan amblasnya turap kurang dari setahun di Cluster Cattleya GDC akhirnya kami memutuskan untuk membatalkan akad pembelian rumah di GDC. Developer kurang serius menangani persoal menurut kami sangat krusial menyangkut keselamatan penghuni yakni turap yang diperbaiki hanya turap yang roboh, padahal turap lain yang belum roboh pun keadaannya sangat mengkhawatirkan. Ketika ditanya apakah akan diperbaiki juga jawabannya tidak, karena kondisi turap yang lain tidak roboh (jadi diperbaiki jika sudah roboh bayangkan jika rumah sudah berpenghuni? Sungguh gak habis berfikir). Rugi waktu tenaga dan jelas uang kami sudah habiskan yang tak bisa kembali. Sungguh pengalaman yang sangat berharga saya dapatkan selama 20 bulan ini terhitung sejak desember 2019 hingga Juli 2021.
The construction of houses and infrastructure including housing roads is very slow, coupled with the poor quality of the sheet pile, which is marked by the sinking of the sheeting in less than a year in the Cattleya Cluster GDC, we finally decided to cancel the house purchase contract at GDC. Developers are not serious in handling the problem, in our opinion, it is very crucial regarding the safety of the occupants, namely the plaster that is repaired only the sheet that has collapsed, even though other sheet piles that have not collapsed are very worrying. When asked whether it would be repaired, the answer was no, because the other sheet pile conditions did not collapse (so if it collapsed, imagine if the house was already inhabited? Really can't stop thinking). Loss of time and effort and obviously our money has been spent which can't be returned. It's really a very valuable experience I got during these 20 months starting from December 2019 to July 2021.
