AMAT SANGAT SULIT MINTA SURAT RUJUKAN. Apa maksudnya? Orang minta rujukan karena memang amat sangat perlu bukan main2 tapi ini dipersulit. Maunya ditangani sendiri pdhl sakit sudah tidak mempan diobati obat2 dr klinik. Kesakitan orang dianggap sepele. Banyak kata2 dr dokter maupun suster yang menyakiti hati. Periksa gigi cuma diliat saja tidak ada tindakan. Sudah cukup pengalaman pahit saya di sini.
VERY VERY DIFFICULT TO REQUEST REFERENCE LETTER. What does it mean? People ask for referrals because they really really need it, but it's complicated. He wants to be treated alone, even though he is sick, it can't be treated by drugs from the clinic. People's pain is taken for granted. Many words from doctors and nurses that hurt the heart. Check the teeth, just look, there is no action. I've had enough bitter experience here.

Bayar bpjs rajin begitu sangat2 butuh rujukan ditolak mentah2. Sakit maag disuruh coba herbal yang asam2. Kedua kali balik sudah ada surat pengantar dr internis untuk minta rujukan ke internis agar usg ditolak mentah2. Butuh usg lambung langsung dimentahin katanya umur masih muda ga perlu usg lambung. Padahal sakit sudah sangat lama terulang berkali2 dan perlu penanganan lebih lanjut. Malah didiagnosa dr liat mata dan lidah langsung dibilang lever dan tipes. Perlu rujukan ke dokter mata untuk periksa katarak juga tidak dikasih pdhl sudah waktunya untuk periksa. Minta rujukan ke dokter tulang untuk suntik juga tidak dikasih pdhl minum obat sudah tak mempan. Intinya sangat sangat sangat sulit untuk minta rujukan.
Paying bpjs diligently so desperately needs a referral to be rejected outright. Stomach pain was told to try sour herbs. The second time back, there was already a cover letter from an internist asking for a referral to an internist so that the ultrasound was rejected outright. He needed a stomach ultrasound, he said he was still young, he didn't need a gastric ultrasound. Even though the pain has been repeated for a long time and needs further treatment. In fact, he was diagnosed by looking at his eyes and tongue and was immediately called liver and typhus. Need a referral to an ophthalmologist to check for cataracts also not given pdhl it's time to check. Asking for a referral to a bone doctor for injections is also not given even though taking medicine doesn't work anymore. The point is it is very, very difficult to ask for a referral.

3 kali kesini, Adminnya Jutek! Dokter nya yg satu baik yang satu jutek juga. Keluhan perut sakit, asam lambung naik tapi ga di periksa apa apa. Nyebutin keluhan malah ditanya balik terus. Ga di sentuh sama sekali, ga ngomong duluan, ga ada ramah ramah nya
3 times here, Admin Jutek! One doctor is good and the other is bad. Complaints of stomach pain, stomach acid rises but nothing is checked. Mentioning complaints and even being asked back. Not touched at all, didn't speak first, didn't have any kind of friendliness

Udah beberapa kali datang ke klinik ini dan experiencenya selalu buruk. Tapi malam ini 26 Januari 2022, bener-bener kecewa banget. Dokternya laki-laki, mungkin di umur 40-an tahun. How can a doctor not say a single word to his patient? Bener-bener gak ada satu patah katapun yang keluar dari mulut dokternya, gak ada penjelasan ataupun diagnosis. Cuma dengan mengangkat alis untuk menanyakan keluhan pasien sakit apa dan langsung ngasih resep gitu aja. My mom was polite enough to say thankyou, tapi tetep dokternya gak ada respon apapun. I was super mad and going to say something mean to the doctor, but thought it wasn't worth my energy. Maaf ya dokter, saya bener-bener kecewa. Hope you see this review and contemplate your life. Memberi sedikit keramahan dan penjelasan ke pasien gak bakalan membawa kerugian ataupun bikin wibawa turun kok, pak dokter. Saya harap klinik ini dan semua pegawai serta dokternya segera berbenah. Semoga bisa murah senyum dan lebih komunikatif dengan setiap pasien yang datang :)
Been to this clinic several times and the experience is always bad. But tonight January 26, 2022, really really disappointed. The doctor is male, probably in his 40s. How can a doctor not say a single word to his patient? There really wasn't a single word that came out of the doctor's mouth, no explanation or diagnosis. Only by raising an eyebrow to ask what the patient's complaint is and then giving a prescription straight away. My mom was polite enough to say thankyou, but the doctor still didn't get any response. I was super mad and going to say something mean to the doctor, but thought it wasn't worth my energy. Sorry doctor, I'm really disappointed. Hope you see this review and contemplate your life. Giving a little friendliness and explanation to the patient will not bring harm or make the authority down, really, the doctor. I hope this clinic and all its staff and doctors will improve soon. Hopefully I can smile and be more communicative with every patient who comes :)
