Jangan ketipu dengan nama klinik, cuma urus HP sakit. Tempat ini bukan hanya terima servis gadget secara hardware, tapi juga secara system/software. Nah, penampilan tempat yang lebih mirip bengkel gadget daripada toko, sebenarnya kamuflase dari potensi layanannya.
Kebetulan saya dan bbrp teman sudah pernah ke sini, utk keperluan beli baru, servis, konsultasi dll. Bisa dibilang Clinic Phone memberikan layanan one stop service terbaik. Tidak semua layanan berbayar, dan andai hanya konsultasi gratis pun konsumen tidak dilayani sekenanya.
Atensi dari juragan dan staff nya 4 jempol deh (kalo 5 jempol bukan manusia :-)). Banyak toko yang khusus servis saja, khusus jualan saja, atau kalau sekedar tanya2, kurang ditanggapin. Nah Clinic Phone ini lakukan semua itu dengan tidak pilih2. Ini yang membedakan dari toko lain.
Rasanya pengalaman pribadi ini cukup konsisten dengan pengalaman teman lain yang berkunjung. Juragan sangat responsif dan tidak selalu profit oriented. Relasi baik akan selalu jadi jadi relasi panjang. Semoga mencerahkan

Don't be fooled by the name of the clinic, just take care of your cellphone. This place not only accepts hardware gadget services, but also system / software. Well, the appearance of a place that looks more like a gadget workshop than a store, is actually a camouflage of its service potential.
Incidentally, I and some friends have been here, for the purposes of buying new, service, consulting, etc. You could say Clinic Phone provides the best one stop service. Not all services are paid, and even if only a free consultation is not served by consumers.
Attention from the skipper and his staff 4 thumbs up (if 5 thumbs are not human :-)). Many stores are specialized in service, only selling, or just asking questions. Now this Clinic Phone does all that by not being so picky. This is what distinguishes it from other stores.
This personal experience feels quite consistent with the experience of other friends who visit. Skipper is very responsive and not always profit oriented. A good relationship will always be a long relationship. Hopefully enlightening
