 Doctors who are sick are called lazy to work, until the sick certificate is written APS ... even though it's during the covid pandemic....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PELAYANAN SANGAT PAYAH SEKALI, DARI PENDAFTARAN SAMPAI BAGIAN KASIR NGK ADA YG SENYUM DAN MUKA DILIPAT SEMUA DAN BAGIAN OBAT LAMA BANGET, GIMANA MAU BERKEMBANG LEBIH BAIK PINDAH FASKES BPJS KE KLINIK YAPIDA DENGAN SERVIS MEMUASKAN....
AYO SEGERAH PINDAH KE PELAYAN TERBAIK DI KLINIK YAPIDA.
THE SERVICE IS VERY WORST, FROM REGISTRATION TO THE CASHIER THERE IS NO SMILE AND FACES FOLD ALL AND THE MEDICINE SECTION IS VERY OLD, HOW WOULD YOU WANT TO DEVELOP BETTER, MOVE BPJS Health Care Facilities to YAPIDA CLINIC WITH SATISFACTORY SERVICE....
LET'S IMMEDIATELY MOVE TO THE BEST SERVICE AT YAPIDA CLINIC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat lama,untuk pemeriksaan antigen perlu waktu 2 jam untu menunggu diperiksa ditambah 30 menit untuk menunggu hasilnya
The service is very long, for antigen examination it takes 2 hours to wait for inspection plus 30 minutes to wait for the results

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya ga ramah ga ada senyum sapa, dokternya ga meriksa sama sekali cuma nyatet2 doang, nyampein keluhan aja selalu di potong.
The service is not friendly, there is no smile and greeting, the doctor doesn't check at all, he's just being real, he's always cut off when he makes complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan nya sangat buruk...anak saya sakit demam panas ,bela2in di bawa dalam hujan gerimis,pdhl cma ada 2 orang pasien trmasuk anak saya,udah nunggu lamaaa..pas masuk ruang periksa,dokternya cma nanya2 doang ga periksa anak sy...
cuma ibu dr siswarti yg menurut sy bagus dan perhatian
the service is very bad...my child is sick with a hot fever, defending being brought in a drizzling rain, even though there are only 2 patients including my son, I have been waiting for a long time...when I entered the examination room, the doctor only asked questions and didn't check my child.. .
only the mother of the student who I think is nice and caring

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman antigen disini sih bagus ya, terhutung cepat untuk pelayanan, asal mau cerewet dikit hehe.
Petugasnya gak baik banget tp gak cuek banget juga, biasa2 aja cuman kuranv komunikasi ke pasiennya, jadi suka pada bingung harus nunggu dimana2nya..
Hasil nya juga cepet, 30 menitan.
Saran aja sih untuk tempat tunggu di bagian luar mohon lebih di rapihkan lagi.
The antigen experience here is really good, it's fast for service, as long as you want to be a little chatty hehe.
The staff is not very good, but not very cool either, it's just the usual lack of communication with the patients, so I like to be confused about having to wait everywhere..
The results are also fast, 30 minutes.
Just a suggestion for a waiting area outside, please make it more tidy.
