★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat sangat buruk, di aplikasi ada dokternya tapi dilapangan bilang tidak ada dokternya, jam istirahat tidak bisa di ganggu, bagaimana dengan pasien' yg urgent? Yg butuh pertolongan langsung, tolong BPJS kesehatan klinik model seperti ini untuk di tinjau lagi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat buruk pelayanan sangat lama mendaftar dari jam 19.00 Sampai dengan jam 23.00 baru selesai.mendahulukan pasien umum .mohon untuk pihak BPJS di berikan peringatan dan ditindak lanjuti.Bagian pendaftaran juga tidak ramah kepada pasien yang sedang sakit.
Very bad, very long service, registering from 19.00 until 23.00 just finished. Putting general patients first. Please give a warning to BPJS and follow up. The registration section is also not friendly to patients who are sick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udah beberapa kali diperiksa. Pelayanan rasis, terlihat membeda² kan pasien bpjs sama pribadi. Udh 3x kesitu selalu daftar pakai no bpjs, dan sekarang bayar pribadi dan pelayanannya langsung beda??
Padahal mereka kerja buat apa, di gaji kan buat ngelayanin pasien. Emang apa salahnya kalo pakai bpjs? Kan masih digaji, saya punya adek yang kerja diklinik. Jadi sedikitnya taulah..
Perbaikin aja attitudenya, kalo emang ngga bisa klaim bpjs tolong jelasin dengan ramah, apa emang harus pakai bahasa yang ketus?
Have checked several times. A racist service, it seems to differentiate between BPJS patients and private persons. I've been there 3 times, always register using the BPJS number, and now I pay personally and the service is immediately different??
What do they work for, they are paid to serve patients. What's wrong with using bpjs? I'm still getting paid, I have a sister who works in a clinic. So at least you know..
Just fix the attitude, if you really can't claim BPJS, please explain in a friendly manner, do you really have to use harsh language?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sy pasien umum. Pelayanan baik ... Harga berobat terjangkau.... Hanya petugas bagian kasir lemot utk kembalian uang.. mgkin tdk bs berhitung? .. slainnya smua sdh baik dan banyak perbaikan gedung jd sdh lbh nyaman.
I'm a general patient. Good service... Affordable treatment prices.... Only the cashier's staff is slow to change money.. maybe I can't count? .. other than that everything is good and there are a lot of building repairs so it's more comfortable.
