Dalam hal...
1. Setiap perusahaan wajib mengeluarkan uang hasil kerja para karyawan yg risen baik itu secara lisan / via surat menyurat.
Terkecuali karyawan terkena kasus dari pihak kepolisian.
2. Perusahaan tidak berhak menahan gaji karyawan menjelang lebaran dengan alasan banyak karyawan keluar dari area kerja.
Saya salah satu contohnya.
1. Missed komunikasi di area saya antara CS & leader.
2. Leader gak bisa membedakan.
General cleaning toilet sama toilet cleaning.
Dan masa leader menulis extra Pekerjaan.
Saya tanya Ehh beliau baru jadi leader selama 3 bulan, belum Pengalaman ??
Di setiap perusahaan mana pun ada apapun pastinya ada 2 job buat cleaner.
1. Pekerjaan setiap hari ( Pekerjaan delivity)
2. Pekerjaan yang sudah Di rencana sama leader / Svp ( Pekerjaan Periodik / job dics ).
