★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am surprised at the good rates this shop gets. My son who doesn't know much about flowers bought 2 bouquets, with total of 1.800.000 rp for mother's day for me. I already saw some were wilted when he gave them to me, but not to embarrass my son I did not mention this. The 3rd day 1 of the bouquets was completely rotten and when I heard the price of it I made a complain to the shop. But they said my son accepted the flowers so it was his own fault and I could have complained within 24 hours. That a bouquet of 900.000 rp which was kept in AC, with clean water every day and stems cut did not even last 2 full days did not make them think their quality of flowers was poor. This surprised my very much from a so called flower boutique. No refund not even some replacement flowers nothing was offered to me. I am sorry for the shop but I really can not recommend them. My experience from the along the road flower shop near Hero is much better. They have reasonable prices for reasonable quality.
I gave Clea 1 star otherwise I could not write my review but in fact I give them 0.
I wish them lots of success.
