saya hubungi cs tiki di 1500125 (diterima oleh aluster) dan disuruh menunggu hingga esok hari untuk konfirmasinya malahan tadinya saya yang disuruh menghubungi bagian operasional...padahal saya customer lho dan mereka sebagai cs harusnya yang melakukan proses investigasi.
koq kualitas tiki makin hari makin payah ya? kalah dengan yang baru-baru seperti si cepat atau j&t...dan tiki tidak mengirim di hari libur (satu minus point lagi untuk tidak menggunakan jasa tiki lagi) selain memalsukan status pengiriman paket.

I contacted CS Tiki at 1500125 (received by Aluster) and was told to wait until tomorrow for confirmation. In fact, I was told to contact the operational department ... even though I was a customer, and they, as CSs, should have carried out the investigation process.
how come the quality of the tiki is getting worse right now? inferior to recent ones like fast or j & t ... and tiki doesn't send on holidays (one more minus point for not using tiki services anymore) other than falsifying package delivery status.
