Be careful buying plots of land here, because you can't build your house as you wish, but you must first get approval from the developer for the design, isn't that crazy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weleh, lokasinya tempat jin buang cucu, bukan buang anak lagi. Akses ke Citra Garden Puri sangat mengerikan, lebar jalan hanya muat 2 mobil persis dan berada di tengah perkampungan bronx
Weleh, the location is where the genie throws away their grandchildren, not their children anymore. Access to Citra Garden Puri is terrible, the width of the road only fits 2 cars exactly and is in the middle of the bronx village

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad access to the site. Harga rumahnya overpriced untuk lokasi yg berada di ujung jauh Jakarta Barat, sudah perbatasan ke Tangerang, sangat jauh bila mau ke pusat perkantoran di Jakpus dan Jaksel. Akses ke kompleks juga berada di dalam perkampungan warga, OMG sungguh horrible.
Adalagi cluster di dalam kompleks ini yang masih dipisahkan oleh jalan kampung yg hanya bisa dilewati motor, keren betul Ciputra beli lahannya disini.
Very bad access to the site. The price of the house is overpriced for the location which is at the far end of West Jakarta, already on the border with Tangerang, very far if you want to go to office centers in Central and South Jakarta. The access to the complex is also located in a resident's village, OMG it's really horrible.
There is another cluster in this complex which is still separated by a village road that can only be passed by motorbikes, it's really cool that Ciputra bought the land here.
