★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokternya baik, pinter, penjelasannya ok punya... tanya2 lewat wa jg dilayani dengan baik, walau g jadi ke klinik, ttp diperlakukan baik... ga getok harga.. mau tinsakan apa pun yg akan dilakukan, dijelaskan sejelas2 nya dengan alasannya..ga nyesel ke sini??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Informasi dari klinik citra denta citra indah bukit raflesia, dimasa pandemi hanya menerima pasien sesuai dgn perjanjian. Saya sdh waiting list selama 7 hr, bahkan malamnya di hr jumat tgl 3, saya sdh sempat curiga akhirnya saya wa untuk konfirmasi ulang, tindakan yg dilakukan ke pasien sesuai dgn perkedatangan atau perjanjian, mereka menjawab sesuai perjanjian. Ketika saya datang (klinik buka di jam 8 pagi) jam 07.50 drg sdh menangani 1 pasien di dlm dan sdh ada 1 org penunggu lg yg sdg santai sambil menonton televisi (ternyata saya baru tau jika itu adalah pasien urgent di urutan no. 2). Saya sdh di urutan no 3. Sangat kecewa sungguh buruk pelayanannya. Mereka yg membuat protap tetapi mereka jg yang melanggar. Saya sdh mengikuti protap mereka ttp malah dikecewakan.
Jika ada yg masih mau dilakukan tindakan di citra denta citra indah raflesia percuma waiting list menunggu bbrp hari, pdhl anda jg bs dtg 1 jam lebih awal dan katakan saja urgent pasti akan dilayani.
Sampai dgn saat ini tidak ada solusi atau alternatif lain yang ditawarkan kepada saya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk pelayanannya ramah banget dan sebelum periksa dikasih tau jelas harga untuk setiap perawatan jadi kita bisa kira2 estimasi biayanya.
Cukup nyaman kalo mau nanya2 karena Dokternya juga akan jelasin secara detail banget ke pasien. Dokter dan perawatnya juga sabar banget hadapin anak2, tiap selesai perawatan si anak akan boleh pilih mainan untuk dibawa pulang. Makanya anakku seneng periksa disini.
Plus juga kliniknya bersih juga ada mainan seluncuran anak jadi sambil nunggu antrian bocil bisa main.
