This is a shuttle transportation service for passengers between Jakarta and Bandung City. A passenger from this Kelapa Gading station will be transported to Dipati Ukur central station or Buah Batu Station at Trans Studio in the north area of Bandung you may check the schedule for each destination.
The transportation provided by this company is a big MPV vehicle with a wide sitting chair to make you feel comfortable and there's a spacious gap between passengers. The maximum capacity per car is 8 inclusive of the driver.
In the morning between 06:00 to 08:00 the shuttle is leaving every 30 minutes and after that per 60 minutes.
You may do the booking by phone to make sure your seat or directly comes to this station and waiting for any available schedule.
Besides transporting passengers this company also provide parcel or package delivery service between station to station. With the specific volume size and the maximum weight is 5 kilos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the receptionist can't serve well the passengers. she cancelled my trip WITHOUT ANY CONFIRMATION AND NOT EVEN A SORRY. once again: NOT EVEN A SORRY. she don't know how to communicate and apologize.
if you want to cancel, please confirm and say sorry atleast! give a solution! not that un-guilty face! so poor?
the place is also hard to find (this caused me come late)
Cititrans please be better next time. watch out your employee's manner. it's affect your customer's trust
