★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for enjoying movies. Services also great. And i'm always able to Booked a ticket online. Thought the web need a lot to improve. And also online ticketing queuing line is not effective. Supposed to be prioritized right? I paid for the convinienced fee. For now i prefer go show.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very convenient since you can book the ticket in advanced through gojek. Loving the gold theater, very comfortable and easy to check in with secluded waiting area. Very clean toilet. 9 out of 10.
The popcorns are great (spicy and caramel). But the food taste is poor. Seriously. I’ve tried hot dog, nachos, oreo fried, it’s doesn’t justify the price. I don’t mind the high price but at least please make the taste worth the money.
The only thing that makes me give 3 stars, I wonder if their people in legal department noticed this, but I think it’s against consumers protection law art. 15 to prohibit customers to bring their own food and drink yet the price that they offered here are very high.
I feel sorry for those who can’t afford it. And it’s really saddened me because i love watching movie at cinemaxx but I cant stand watching people who can’t afford the food. Because the security were literally scrapped customers bag to find food and drink. It breaks my heart to see those disappointed face ???
Business wise, I think you can adjust your ticket price, but rights to food and water are basic human rights. What if someone who can’t afford the food get dehydrated during the movie because it’s so cold and fainted?
Please reconsider this policy. This is good for your CSR and reputation as well.
Would really love to hear feedback from the management about their policy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New extention from cinemaxx theater, which located in the place that 21 used to before. In here they have 2 studios with couple seats and 1 studio Jomo which uses bean bag chair. The place is cool and nice, it looks better than the cinemaxx theater.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to watch and enjoy your favorite movie. The ticket price is the most affordable among cinemas in Bogor. Free parking is another gem for those who watch here. I hope the mall can be fully open, so we can shop and dine after watching.
