★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satpam kurang ramah, dan begitu kurang melayani. Jam layanan masih buka tetapi layanan di tutup. Di suruh pulang dan besok lagi. Pelayanan kurang.
Security guards are not friendly, and so less service. The service hours are still open but the service is closed. Was told to go home and tomorrow again. Service is lacking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gatau kenapa pelayanan CS lama bgt, terutama kalo mau buka tabungan bisa 1,5 jam 1 org. Kemarin saya mau urus ATM ketelen, nunggu 2 jam lebih baru selesai handle 3 org, pdhl ada 2 cs. Akhirnya saya tinggal dan balik agi besoknya. Saran buat org2 yg mau ke CS dtg jam 8 pagi pas baru buka, msh sepi bgt.
I don't know why the CS service takes so long, especially if you want to open a savings account, it can take 1.5 hours for 1 person. Yesterday I wanted to take care of an ATM, waiting for more than 2 hours to finish handling 3 people, even though there were 2 cs. In the end I stayed and came back the next day. Suggestions for people who want to go to CS, come at 8 in the morning when they just opened, it's still very quiet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan CS sangat lama, rata2 secara statistik per Nasabah sekitar 2jam.
Tips utk nasabah: datang jam 8:00 pagi krn lebih dr itu jgn berharap.
Utk CIMB: Perbaiki dan tambahkan counter pelayanan.
CS service is very long, statistically average per customer is about 2 hours.
Tips for customers: come at 8:00 am, don't expect more than that.
For CIMB: Fix and add service counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CS nya ramah,tapi minusnya CIMB ini susah dicari di kabupaten akhirnya klo mau tarik tunai harus ke tempat yg ada atm cimb dan jaraknya jauh dari rumah. Klo bisa CIMB pasang satu cabang lagi di Bojong,Kabupaten Pekalongan.
The CS is friendly, but the minus is that CIMB is hard to find in the district. Finally, if you want to withdraw cash, you have to go to a place that has a CIMB atm and is far from home. If possible, CIMB will install one more branch in Bojong, Pekalongan Regency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan CS sangat lama ngantri dari jam 12 sampe jam 2 blm juga dipanggil. Pas jam 2 CS malah istirahat. Padahal ada 3 counter tapi CS 1. Tolong diperhatikan lagi untuk pelayanannya. Nasabahnya banyak tapi CS cuma 1, Bad service.
The CS service is very long in line from 12 to 2 o'clock and has not been called. At 2 o'clock CS even took a break. Even though there are 3 counters but CS 1. Please pay attention again for the service. There are many customers but only 1 CS, Bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan CS nya lama walaupun tempat tunggu nya agak nyaman,mungkin CS CIMB harus ada penambahan,saya sendiri urus ATM ketelan mesin sama buku hilang saja menunggu dari jam 9,30,sampe jam 11 blm sampe di pelayanan,mohon pihak cimb niaga memperbaiki pelayanan CS nya ada 3 tp yg melayani hanya 2 saja
The CS service is long, even though the waiting area is rather comfortable, maybe CIMB CS should be added, I myself took care of the ATM, swallowed the machine and the book was lost, I just waited from 9.30, until 11 o'clock I didn't arrive at the service, please CIMB Commerce to improve CS services there are 3 but only 2 serve
