It's too long for CS and security to be picky.. apart from taking care of the response, they're waiting outside but other than that inside the new GPP has arrived..

Saran: Karena sudah banyak review tidak memuaskan sebaiknya pihak bank mengambil tindakan untuk manajemen waktu pelayanan agar pelanggan lebih puas.

My experience with CS services here is more or less the same as other reviewers. Serve 1 customer more than 45 minutes.
Suggestion: Because there have been many unsatisfactory reviews, the bank should take action for service time management so that customers are more satisfied.
