★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau ambil kartu atm pasca pendaftaran validasinya ribet harus pakai ktp (id yg sebelumnya digunakan untuk mendaftar), kebetulan ktp sedang digunakan untuk kartu akses gedung tempat kerja.
Padahal saat itu ada sim dan npwp yg secara data sama-sama valid, tp kata customer service-nya tidak bisa.
Alhasil balik tangan kosong, mana jalan kaki jauh pula.
Untuk calon pelanggan lain, sebaiknya mencari cabang dengan review yang bagus saja kalau ingin melakukan pendaftaran.

Even though at that time there was a sim and npwp which were both valid in data, but the customer service said they couldn't.
As a result, back empty-handed, where to walk far anyway.
For other potential customers, you should look for branches with good reviews if you want to register.

i have seen so many review in many CIMB niaga and mostly have a bad experience, i don't know why this bank exist in the first place. thumbs down!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twice I came here. Both times customer service was 'unavailable' for customer. First time I came before opening hour, the staff were busy celebrating a birthday of their colleague. (Should this not be done before opening hour or maybe during the break?!). Second time I came in the afternoon and again the customer service is having a prayer 'break'. This can be tolerated of course but only if there's another CS available. They do handle the queries well enough though.
