Pelayanan bagus Proses ganti kartu yg sudah rusak ngga sampe 10 menit. Cukup KTP, no tlp dan Gmail. Good lahh??

Kalo mau buka rekening bawa ktp dan sekarang juga sudah diwajibkan membawa npwp. Bagus sih cuma sayangnya ga semua orang memiliki npwp, untuk pelayanannya ramah dibantuin banget sampai di acc sama pusatnya untuk buka rekening.

Letaknya di dekat giant.. pelayanan ramah, udah gak pake buku tabungan lagi, semua dikontrol lewat hp... Cukup bawa ktp aja kalo belum punya npwp..

Jauh jauh sengaja mau ganti kartu dihari minggu kesini, ternyata gak bisa karena data NIK tidak terdaftar, petugasnya kurang ramah dalam merespon ucapan nasabah, bilang baik baik cuman pengen ketik sendiri mesin nya eh dijawab dengan tegas dihadapan nasabah lain, padahal lebih bagusnya biasa saja tanpa harus ngegas, giliran nasabah yg berseragam responnya lemah lembut....

CIMB Niaga Digital Lounge. Great hospitality. Layanan cepat, ramah dengan dukungan perangkat digital. Selama PPKM buka dari jam 11 hingga jam 18. Tersedia ATM utk tarik dan setor tunai. Ada banking officernya langsung (fisik) dan juga banking digital officer melalui video conference. Antrian relatif sepi karena layanan yg cepat dan kebanyakan orang memilih datang ke cabang langsung. Highly recommended buat nasabah CIMB Naga
CIMB Niaga Digital Lounge. Great hospitality. Fast, friendly service with digital device support. As long as PPKM is open from 11 to 18. ATMs are available for cash withdrawals and deposits. There is a direct (physical) banking officer and also a digital banking officer via video conferencing. The queue is relatively quiet because the service is fast and most people choose to come to the branch directly. Highly recommended for CIMB Naga customers

This is truly a 3-star worth place because: 1. Served with only 2 officers: 1 junior and 1 senior. The junior one seemed to be confused on many things, while the senior one a bit impatient in answering my question on "any more seats, mas?". This is a normal question for a customer who stands waiting for almost 1 hour. The officer name is WIDO. He was also a bit rude in explaining some parts of questions in their screen. As if I'm dumb to understand things in the screen. 2. Not enough space to sit (2 chairs for unexpectable queue. Seriously??). My legs are strong enough to stand for a long time BUT when it gets 50 minutes I guess its too much to let your customer keep standing foolishly like an *diot. 3. Digital Lounge has limited service since December this year. It won' let you ask further about CC without a debit card. (In other banks' universe, it's normal to have only Cc and not the debit card). So? You are finally pushed to call their CS call center. 4. This gets me thinking to close my cc here as I'm uncomfortable to their service in recent years. *sigh
