★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pernah bayar les pake transfer tunai lewat sini. Pelayanan cepat meskipun jam istirahat tapi di shift jadi tidak tutup, tellernya jujur dan melayani dengan baik
 Never pay lessons using cash transfer through here. Fast service even though the break time is on shift so it doesn't close, the teller is honest and serves well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Punya dua account bank. Satu mandiri ? dan satu CIMB ?. Sengaja ngurus masalah yang sama di hari yang sama. Tapi kesan pertama dari dua tempat tersebut jauh berbeda, saya dibuat tertawa dengan kelucuannya. Terutama satpam CIMB yang kurang dalam pelayanan (kurang ramah) dan pelayanan CS yang super lama, terus keliatan kurang rapih ??. Saya jadi nyesel datang ke sini. Kirain bakalan sama-sama bagus kaya mandiri ?.
Have two bank accounts. One standalone ? and one CIMB ?. Deliberately taking care of the same problem on the same day. But the first impression of the two places is much different, I was made to laugh with his cuteness. Especially the CIMB security guard who is lacking in services (not friendly) and CS services that are super long, continue to look less tidy ??. I feel sorry to come here. I think it's going to be both good and independent ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanannn puaraahhh terutama CS sudah antri luamaaa eh ada nasabah dari teller malah di duluin padahal antrian masih panjang gak profesional blassss kapokkk di cimb niaga parang tritis CS cuma 1 ga profesional pula
the service is very good, especially CS has been queuing for long, uh, there are customers from the tellers, even though they used to be even though the queue was still long, not professional, blassss kapokkk in the cimb commercial parang tritis CS only 1 unprofessional too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini bank terpanas yg pernah saya datangi.. fasilitas sangat buruk, tempatnya panas bgt ac sama sekali enggk dingin. Sangay pengap di dalam ruangan tunggu. Mohon diperbaiki ac nya, kasian yg nunggu pengap kepanasan.
This is the hottest bank I have ever been to ... the facilities are very bad, the place is really hot, the air conditioner is not cold at all. Very stuffy in the waiting room. Please repair the air conditioner, sorry for the stuffy waiting.
