Unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. Payment methods completely inadequate. Some of the bank details are incorrect. Multiple product value in bank charges and no goods received. Hands off !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m an old customer that made a few successful purchases some years back. However two of my latest orders through the last 2-4 years ago has been subject of returning to sender (“bad luck” with the postal service). When the first package returned to them, they claimed that it didn’t reach them even though the tracking process said otherwise. I got suspicious, but due to our past history doing business, I let it pass.
My next order arrived successfully, and after that I made my very last order that again unluckily got held by postal services and returned to sender. And again at cigaretkretek they tell they haven’t received my package (even though the tracking process said otherwise).
Ultimately I lost my respect to the business owners (Yudha/Alfita) and stopped buying. I expected them to cooperate and refund me, or at least resend the packages.
I shall see you at court in the hereafter if Allah (most Exalted, most Glorious) permits it.
