 HOW I WAS NOT MANY MANDIIN CAT IN DIGUYUR USING COLD WATER TO BREAK IT WASN'T THAT IT WAS JUST DRYING THE PROCESS I WAS ENTERED TO AGAIN TO THE COTTAGE AND IN THE USE OF THE BLOWER CONTINUED UNTIL MY CAT WALKED IN THE COTTAGE UNTIL I WAS NOT PROFFESSIONAL HAD I HAD ALREADY USE MY ORDINARY BATH USING WARM AND DRYED WATER USING A TOWEL. THANK YOU THIS ANIMAL SHOP HAS GIVEN TRAUMATIC THAT DEEP FOR MY CATCHES THANK YOU !!!!!!

1.owner ga ngotot tp menjelaskan,kalo memang pasir nya ga wangi menurut pendapat kaka ga mungkin donk banyak orang beli "nah loh"?
2.kaka bilang "datang ketoko" ga salah yg datang ketoko kan "sodara nya" nah loh ?
3.memang ada yah kalo barang sudah dibuka bisa ditukar?!?ditukar boleh tp ada alesan yg jelas donk,ya kan.
4.bukan ga mau terima komplain,kita kan cuma jual bukan yg buat pasir nya ?
5.ya kalo memang merasa ada masalah datang donk ketoko ga usah diumbar2,oooh iya "jangan nyuruh orang lain yah"dichat bisa panjang lebar masa disuruh ketoko ga mau!!sok sekalian ketemu owner nya.
6.udh itu aja hehehe makasih sebelum nya ?

4. don't want to accept complaints, we only sell, not the ones for the sand ?
5. yes if you really feel there is a problem come to the shop don't need to be sparred, oooh yeah "don't tell other people" dichat can go a long way when you are told to go to the shop you don't want to !! pretend to meet the owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ beli tali buat anjing kecil harga 60rb.. gila kali.. mentang" gw butuh banget jadi di ketok.. gw biasa beli di petshop lain paling mahal 40rb.. di laras satwa yg tempat bagus dan elite aja cuma 30rban aja.. ga lagi dah beli disini.. harga di ketok, soalnya ga tercantum harga" disana.. kapok gw kesini.. malah tempat nya bau banget, pengap, pdhl terbuka.. gila sih kelamaan disitu bisa kena sakit paru paru.. udh yg jualan nya jutek bener tuh muka..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tokonya agak sombong. Saya beli pasir wangi merk honey cat variant. Sampe di rumah saya buka ga wangi. Saya komplain ke ownernya, tp owner gak mau terima komplain malah ngotot kalau pasirnya gak mungkin gak wangi, saya ngotot mau bawa balik pasirnya tapi doi tetep nyangkal dan ngotot pasirnya wangi. Owner sepertinya juga menganggap kalau saya ga ngerti apa2 soal pasir bentonite. Setelah debat panjang lebar via WA, besoknya saya bawa pasir ke toko dan sudah sama2 cium itu pasir, penjaga toko pun juga sudah bilang kalau pasirnya ga wangi. Dia bahkan buka stock yang dia punya, dan memang tidak ada wanginya.
Sedihnya, boro2 bisa dituker ya ke ini toko, komplain aja ga terima dia, ownernya bilang sorry atau maaf pun tidak, mgkn karena dirasa bukan kesalahannya sama sekali.
Not recommended deh buat beli pasir variant ini, nanti zonk kecewa. 10L 70k sia2, dan pelayanannya buruk.
The shop is a bit arrogant. I bought scented sand from the honey cat variant. When I got home I didn't smell good. I complained to the owner, but the owner didn't want to accept the complaint instead he insisted that the sand might not smell good, I insisted on bringing the sand back but he still denied it and insisted that the sand smell good. The owner also seems to think that I don't understand anything about bentonite sand. After a long debate via WA, the next day I brought the sand to the shop and I already smelled the sand, the shopkeeper also said that the sand didn't smell good. He even opened the stock he had, and it didn't smell good.
Sadly, boro2 can be exchanged to this shop, just complaints don't receive him, the owner says sorry or not even sorry, maybe because it doesn't feel his fault at all.
Not recommended for buying this variant sand, later you will be disappointed. 10L 70k waste, and poor service.
