Orang tua saya sudah mendaftar untuk ziarah dan membayar DP.
Tetapi malang nasib, saat sebulan sebelumnya sehabis misa Jumat Agung, ibu saya kena stroke karena kecapaian.
Saya langsung menghubungi salesnya dan info kalau tidak bisa ikut dan mohon dibantu bicara ke management christour untuk kebijakannya karena pembatalan ini diluar kemauan kita.
Setelah lama, baru dapat kabar lagi dari sales kalau sudah dibicarakan ke management dan kalau kembalikan uang langsung tidak bisa, nanti kalau ada yg mau berangkat bisa dipotong uangnya dan terima uangnya kembali.
Setelah lama menunggu, dapat info kalau sudah diproses ke bagian finance. Beberapa lama setelah itu saya hubungi lagi, info salesnya bilang sudah resign dari Christour dan silahkan telp langsung kesana.
Saya coba hubungi kembali Christour dan mengatakan ke bagian sales manager mengenai kronologi. Setelah menunggu lama, info yang diberikan ternyata dari management tidak bisa dikembalikan walaupun batal berangkat sudah diinfokan jauh hari dan alasan karena terkena stroke.
Total lama komunikasi dari pertama info sampai terakhir diinfokan tidak bisa sekitar 2 tahun.
Menurut saya, walaupun kita berbisnis tetap harus menggunakan hati apalagi bidang usaha berupa ziarah rohani kristen yang dasarnya adalah cinta kasih.
Saya hanya berharap mudah-mudahan management Christour menerima masukan ini untuk kedepannya menjadi lebih baik dalam melayani. Amin

My parents already signed up for the pilgrimage and paid a down payment.
But unfortunate luck, when a month earlier after the Good Friday mass, my mother had a stroke because she was tired.
I immediately contacted the sales and informed them that if I couldn't come and please help talk to Christour's management about the policy, because this cancellation was against our will.
After a long time, I just received news from the sales that it had been discussed with management and if you couldn't return the money immediately, later if someone wanted to leave, they could cut their money and receive the money back.
After a long wait, the information that has been processed will be sent to the finance department. After a while, I called again, the sales info said that he had resigned from Christour and please call directly there.
I tried to call Christour back and tell the sales manager about the chronology. After waiting for a long time, it turned out that the information provided from management could not be returned, even though the departure cancellation had been informed in advance and the reason for having a stroke.
The total length of communication from the first information to the last information can not be about 2 years.
In my opinion, even though we are in business we still have to use our hearts, especially in the field of business in the form of a Christian spiritual pilgrimage which is based on love.
I just hope that Christour's management will accept this input for better service in the future. Amen
