Jangan mau dihandle sama capster yg namanya MADI. Laki laki (ga tau tulen apa ngga), tinggi, badan cukup berisi.
Apapun permintaan anda soal rambut anda mau diapain, Mas Madi yang terhormat ini bisa lebih ngeyel dari anda. Merasa opininya paling bener, padahal beda trap sama layer saja gak tau. HAHA.
Saya baru tahu juga ternyata salon ini khusus pribumi ya, cina di diskriminasi sekali sama Mas Madi ini. FYI, saya cina, dan permintaan model potongan rambut harusnya ga ada urusan sama ras. Tapi dengan entengnya Mas Madi bilang, "ini potongan model cina, kan lo cina"
WOW.
Saya tunggu Salon Christopher cabang Kalibata City pasang spanduk 'khusus pribumi' deh, biar gak kejadian kaya gini.
Servicenya gak banget, HAHA.

Don't want to be handled by a capster whose name is MADI. Male (don't know whether it is true or not), tall, body is quite full.
Whatever your request about your hair, what do you want to do, this honorable Madi can be more annoying than you. I feel the opinion is the most correct, even though I don't know the difference between trap and layer. HA HA.
I just found out that this salon is specifically for natives, the Chinese are completely discriminated against, Mas Madi. FYI, I'm Chinese, and the request for a haircut should not be racial. But Madi said lightly, "this is a Chinese cut, aren't you Chinese?"
WOW.
I am waiting for Salon Christopher's Kalibata City branch to put up a 'special indigenous' banner, so that nothing will happen like this.
The service is not really, HAHA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya berkunjung ke salon ini tanggal 7 Juni 2019 pukul 17.15 ingin perawatan refleksi. Namun karna ada customer lain yg cukup banyak perawatan ( dari mulai rambut, tangan, kaki) memakan space didepan bangku refleksi, saya dan teman diminta untuk duduk di bangku salon biasa, kondisi kaki saya sedang sakit saat itu dan saya tdk nyaman utk duduk di kursi salon. Yg saya sayangkan adalah tdk adanya usaha dr pegawai salon untung merubah sedikit posisi Ibu dengan banyak perawatan tsb, krn yg saya tau apabila geser sedikit menyamping saya bisa duduk di tempat itu. Mungkin rasa malas dan enggan thdp ibu dengan perawatan banyak tersebut lebih tinggi ketimbang saya dan teman yg hanya refleksi. Semoga kedepannya ditingkatkan pelayanan salon ini. Terima kasih.
I visited this salon on June 7, 2019 at 17.15 wanting reflection treatment. But because there were other customers who had a lot of care (from hair, hands, feet) to eating space in front of the reflection bench, my friend and I were asked to sit in the usual salon, my feet were sick at the time and I was uncomfortable sitting in a chair salon. What I regretted was that there was no effort from the salon staff fortunately to change my mother's position with a lot of care, because what I knew was that when sliding a little sideways I could sit in that place. Maybe feeling lazy and reluctant about a mother with a lot of care is higher than me and a friend who is just a reflection. Hopefully in the future this salon service will be improved. thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya hampir tiap bulan ksini utk hair coloring (black). Tp baru kali ini pelayanan nya very very bad!
1. Saya request k ptugas kasir di dpn utk creambath & gunting. Tanpa ada info hrg creambath atau pilihan creambath apa yg di inginin, saya lgsg digiring k tmpt cuci. Heran pdhl salon nya sepi tp dr ptugas dpn aja ga info hrg apapun, hmpir saya kena creambath yg hrg 300rb!!
2. Mas2 yg creambath in saya asal2an, nyuci rambut kpalanyq ga dipijet, creambath asal2an, pijet punggung & tgn lbh asal2an lg dgn minyak pijet yg berlebihan. Handuk di pundak saya dipake utk lap tgn yg bekas minyak pijet dan dipake lg k pundak saya utk cuci bilas stlh creambath! Bayangin gmn joroknya!!
3. Stlh creambath saya balik k bangku saya utk gunting rambut. Baru jg stgh kering dan mulai disisir, saya diminta pindah tmpt duduk krn mas2 sblh keganggu mobilitasnya krn lg ngcat rambut!!
Bnr2 mengecewakan! Ga akan lg ksini!!!
I come here almost every month for hair coloring (black). But this time the service is very very bad!
1. I request to the cashier at the front desk for creambath & scissors. Without any info on HR CREAMATH or what CREAMATH options you want, I will be escorted to wash. Astonished, even though the salon was quiet, but from the staff, there was no info on anything, so I was hit by a cream that cost 300 thousand !!
2. Mas2 who creambath in my carelessly, wash my hair, not pressed, creambath carelessly, massage my back & don't use any more with excessive massage oil. The towel on my shoulder is used for a cloth that has been used as a massage oil and is used again for my shoulder to rinse after creambath! Imagine how dirty it is !!
3. After I bathe behind my desk for hair clippers. Just when it was dry and started to be combed, I was asked to move to sit because of problems before it disturbed my mobility because I didn't get any hair !!
It's disappointing! I won't be here anymore !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari saya creambath plus potong rambut utk dirapikan dengan model sesuai yang saya mau bahkan saya ada fotonya.karna disalon tsb tidak menyediakan foto2 model rambut saya harus buka ig saya model rambut saya. Potongam rambut tidak sesuai yang saya mau.sebnarnya tau ga sie model trap lancip am layer.bikin bad mood n banyak bicara tuuh Hair stayles sie M....harusnya dia ikutin kita mau potongan rambut tsb karna dia dibayar am kita.

My day creambath plus haircut to tidy up with the model according to what I want even I have a photo. Because the salon does not provide photos of hairstyles I have to open my ig my haircut. Haircut is not according to what I want. Actually know the trap model is not sharp am layer. Makes bad mood n talk a lot Hair stayles sie M .... he should have followed us want that haircut because he was paid by us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ke sini untuk gunting rambut dan creambath. Overall pelayanannya oke sih, tapi pas datang, sekitar setengah karyawannya ga pake masker T_T
Saya tanya ke mbak yang creambath saya kok pada ga pakai masker, katanya engga kalo lagi ga handling costumer T.T Padahal kalau di ruangan indoor ya dropletnya tetep ke mana-mana mb :( Untungnya setelah saya bilang gitu ke mbnya, dia langsung bilang ke yang lain untuk pakai masker :") Makasih ya mb baik banget deh.
Mba yang creambath saya dan mas hairstylist-nya baik, ramah, dan so helpful, tapi maaf ya kayanya ga mau ke sini lagi :(
Came here for a haircut and creambath. Overall the service is okay, but when it comes, about half of the employees don't wear masks T_T
I asked Ms. who took my cream bath, why didn't I wear a mask, she said not if I wasn't handling the costumer TT Even though in the indoor room, the droplets were still everywhere mb :( Fortunately after I said that to the mother, she immediately said to the others to wear a mask :) Thank you, sis, it's really good.
Mba, my creambath and the hairstylist are nice, friendly, and so helpful, but sorry, I don't think I want to come here anymore :(

The staff are all friendly, the service is excellent, & the price is quite affordable. They have been renovating the place and now it has become a cozy and comfy place for me having the hair services I need.
