How y growth of sharia pdhl CRC me and my sister dah booking nearly 2 years dah Inc. DP jg ga tp tens of millions of clarity, marketing ga none who can dihub. I as consumers feel very dikecewekan ... hopefully good faith dr developer ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kacau nih perumahan, udah bayar lunasin dp 44 juta (untuk 2 rumah) dengan spek dinding hebel kusen alumunium dan rangka atap baja. Eh malah blok yg saya booking & yang teman saya booking gak ada di siteplan baru (Blok B2 18 & B2 19). Nanya ke kroni2nya gak ada yg bisa jawab. Malah saya ditawarin pindah blok dgn spek yg dinding batako dan kusen kayu (fyi itu rumah dgn spek itu dp cuma 5 juta). Selisih jauh dengan dp yang sudah saya bayar. (Update April 2018)
Uang DP saya sampai saat ini masih ada yang belum dikembalikan 17 juta lagi. Ngejar ke penanggung jawabnya anggota DPRD Bekasi gak pernah ada kejelasan jawaban (Update 29 Desember 2019)
It's a mess, housing, already paid 44 million dp (for 2 houses) with hebel wall specs with aluminum frames and steel roof truss. Eh even the block that I booked & the one my friend booked was not in the new siteplan (Blocks B2 18 & B2 19). Asking his cronies, no one can answer. In fact, I was offered to move blocks with specs with brick walls and wooden frames (fyi, that's a house with that spec, only 5 million dp). The difference is far from the dp that I have paid. (Updated April 2018)
Until now, I still have 17 million in my down payment that has not been returned. Chasing the person in charge of the Bekasi DPRD members, there is never a clear answer (Update 29 December 2019)
