β β β β β Harga paketan okelah saya pilih paket 250rb yg C: massage 90', scrub, hair spa.
Wangi samponya enak
Saya jg pedicure 100rb, pedicurenya standar aja segitu agak mahal
Tapi sayang bgt makin kesini salonnya seperti ga di maintain.
Ruangan lt. 2 panas, ruangan massage panas, pintunya berisik karna dr besi.
Trs saya dpt terapis yg ga oke, komentarin badan saya melulu. Ga bgt deh. Hadeeuuh tlg dong terapisnya di training lg biar lbh profesional. Udah gt di tinggal2 trs, pijetnya jg kurang enak.
Selama treatment ada aja yg keluar masuk, berisik. Jd ga nyaman. Padahal saya mau cari ketenangan dan relax
Tingkatin lg dr segi pelayanan dan fasilitas, agar bersaing dg yg lain
The price of the package is okay, I choose the 250 thousand package which is C: 90' massage, scrub, hair spa.
The shampoo smells good
I also have a 100k pedicure, the standard pedicure is a bit expensive
But it's a shame that the salon is getting here as if it's not being maintained.
Room lt. 2 hot, the massage room is hot, the door is noisy because of the iron.
Then I got a therapist who wasn't okay, just comment on my body. It's okay. Hadeuuh, please, the therapist is being trained again to make it more professional. It's been a while since I've been living, the massage isn't good either.
During the treatment, there are people coming in and out, noisy. So not comfortable. Even though I want to find peace and relax
Improve again in terms of services and facilities, to compete with others

β β β β β Semalem saya ke salon Chelsy Salon ini, dan pengalaman saya yg baru pertama x dtg aja udh ga enak bgt sbnr nya, eh pas diliat ke ulasan2 yg udh ada rupa nya emg semua pelanggan nya digituin yahh, sedih bgt liat nya?
Komen dr pemilik/pemegang salon sih βakan diperbaiki kedepan nyaβ tp pas saya dtg sama aja yaa pelayanan nya masih buruk
Awal nya saya tuh disuruh ganti baju kan jd pake baju yg pink gitu, pas udh keluar dr ruang ganti baju nya ternyata mbak salon nya salah kasih kostum ke saya, harus nya kemben gitu tp malah kostum yg untuk apa itu gatau, alhasil saya di KETAWAIN tamu + Karyawan disitu, sumpah ya ga enak lohh tamu/pelanggan baru yg kaya saya digituin, memang niat nya tdk utk mempermalukan saya, tapi ya mbak nya gausah bilang βehh salah bukan yg ituβ dengan teriak, ya jd kan saya ditertawakan dong. Tau sendiri kan karyawan di salon ini numpuk bgt alias bejibun. Malu ga sih digituin?
Dan satu lg yahh, mbak yg megang saya kaya asal gitu huhu sedih bgt, btw saya itu kan creambath yaa, selama proses pencucian rambut masa iya sih air nya masuk terus ke kuping saya, ga nyaman loh sbnr nya. Kaya memang sengaja aja gitu karyawan nya bikin pelanggan ga betah biar ga dtg lg kesitu. Sekian pengalaman dr saya.
Last night I went to the Chelsy Salon, and my experience, which was just the first time I came, wasn't really that good, but when I looked at the reviews, it looks like all of the customers have been digitized, it's really sad to see
The comment from the salon owner / holder is "it will be fixed in the future" but when I come, the service is still bad
At first, I was told to change clothes, so I wore pink clothes, when I came out of the changing room, it turned out that the salon gave me the wrong costume, it should have been flat, but I don't know what costume it was for, so I laughed guests + employees there, I swear it's not good, new guests/customers like I typed in, indeed the intention was not to embarrass me, but yes, you don't have to say "oh, it's not that wrong" by shouting, so I'm being laughed at. You know that the employees at this salon are piled up, aka many. Are you ashamed to digitize?
And one more thing, yeah, the lady holding me is like that, that's really sad, btw I'm a cream bath, right, during the hair washing process, yes, the water keeps going into my ears, it's not really comfortable. It's just like that on purpose, the employees make the customers feel uncomfortable so they don't come there anymore. That's my experience Dr.

β β β β β Saya tadinya langganan di salon ini. Hampir sebulan 2x saya ke sini krn menurut saya pelayanannya bagus dan menerapkan protokol kesehatan dengan baik. Namun saya kecewa dengan sistem booking di salon ini yang menurut saya TIDAK BERJALAN dengan baik. Saya selalu menghormati sistem salon ini yg menerapkan BOOKING FIRST BEFORE COME, sehingga saya tidak pernah datang tanpa booking terlebih dahulu. Namun suatu ketika, seorang terapisnya MENGUSIR saya, yg pada saat itu saya blm selesai treatment (rambut saya masih berantakan dan blm disisir dgn baik) demi pelanggan lain. Jadi apa gunanya BOOKING FIRST BEFORE COME kalo ujung2nya anda tidak bisa mengatur customer flow dan me-manage time per costumer dengan baik? Terlebih saat ini pandemi loh, sudah sewajarnya anda membatasi pengujung yg datang.
Beberapa kali saya juga pakai paket promo di salon ini, dan SECARA FRONTAL resepsionis di depan mengatakan ke terapis saya NANTI BLOWNYA YG BIASA AJA YA. Oh God, dimana letak profesionalitasnya Mbak2 Sekalian? Harus diajarin cara utk TREAT THE CUSTOMER bukan hanya utk treatment salonnya, namun juga THE WAY YOU TREAT THEM!
Berkali2 juga saya tidak nyaman dengan lelaki yg simpang siur di salon ini (yg katanya tukang bangunan). Kalau memang sedang direnov, apa salahnya close pelayanan dulu daripada bikin customer gak nyaman.
BIG NO deh buat salon ini. Harganya juga lumayan mahal dibanding salon2 lain.
I was a regular at this salon. I come here almost twice a month because I think the service is good and applies health protocols well. However, I am disappointed with the booking system at this salon which in my opinion is NOT WORKING well. I always respect this salon system that applies BOOKING FIRST BEFORE COME, so I never come without booking first. But one time, a therapist kicked me out, which at that time I had not finished the treatment (my hair was still messy and not combed properly) for another customer. So what's the point of BOOKING FIRST BEFORE COME if in the end you can't manage customer flow and manage time per customer properly? Especially when it's a pandemic, it's only natural that you limit the visitors who come.
Several times I've also used a promo package at this salon, and FRONTALLY the receptionist at the front told my therapist I'll BLOW ONLY ONLY. Oh God, where is the professionalism, ladies and gentlemen? Must be taught how to TREAT THE CUSTOMER not only for the salon treatment, but also THE WAY YOU TREAT THEM!
Time and time again, I'm not comfortable with the confused man in this salon (who is said to be a builder). If it's being renovated, what's wrong with closing the service first instead of making the customer uncomfortable.
BIG NO for this salon. The price is also quite expensive compared to other salons.
