★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kali service di Jakarta yg hasilnya ga memuaskan. Awalnya bilang mesinnya bermasalah terus udah dibenerin tp ternyata masih bermasalah dan bilang lcdnya yg salah padahal pas di cek di tmp lain servicenya yg belum selesai (masih ada yg bermasalah). Terus mbanya ngotot kalo lcd aku yg bermasalah pas di cek bener dong lcd aku mulus aja di coba di hp lain ? gatau sih ini emang merekanya yg males dan asal diagnosa aja atau gimana ya ceu. Jd sebel banget aku service disini mana pelayanannya lama banget dan ngabisin waktu.
First time service in Jakarta, the results were not satisfactory. At first they said the machine had problems and they fixed it, but it turned out to be still a problem and said the LCD was wrong even though when I checked at another place the service had not been completed (there are still problems). Then the lady insisted that it was my lcd that had a problem when I checked it right, my lcd was smooth, I just tried it on another cellphone I don't know if it's really them who are lazy and just diagnose it or what, ceu. So I'm really annoyed with the service here where the service is very long and wastes time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please banget kalian yang mau service disini hati-hati ya guysss... aku hampir aja dibohongin service disini tp untung masih ada orang baik yang kasih tau ke aku kalo servicean disini ternyata masih belum beres. Udah 7 jam aku service disini wkwkwk. perhatiin betul kalo mau service disini paling ga pastiin dulu hpnya udah oke dibawa pulang drpda besoknya harus balik lg buat benerin hpnya lagi.
Please, those of you who want to serve here, be careful, guys... I almost got lied to by the service here but luckily there are still good people who told me that the service here is still not right. I've been serving here for 7 hours, wkwkwk. Pay close attention if you want to service here, at least make sure the cellphone is okay to take home instead of having to come back the next day to fix the cellphone again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat tidak profesional, saya abis melakukan service di chello cellular. Di awal mereka bilang ini hanya lcd dan dapat di perbaiki. Dan saya sudah membeli lcd Samsung nya dengan harga 2,5 jt an. Setelah saya menunggu lama, masnya balik lagi dan bilang dengan enaknya bahwa hp saya sudah tidak bisa di benerin. Dan lcd saya sudah pecah" dan di balikin dengan tambah parah. Dan ada kompenen hp yang sudah di acak", setelah saya bertanya kepada tempat service lain.
Pesan dari saya untuk chello cellular. Jadi perusahaan yang profesional. Klo emang tidak sanggup untuk memperbaiki tinggal bilang saja tidak bisa. Jangan di awal bilang bisa cuma ganti lcd, pas akhir bilang gabisa dibenerin.
Untuk yang lain, klo mau service di tempat ini harus tiati. Klo bisa bawa orang yang emang ngerti kompenen HP.

Message from me for chello cellular. So a professional company. If you can't fix it, just say you can't. Don't say at the beginning you can just replace the LCD, at the end you say you can't fix it.
For others, if you want service at this place, you must obey. If you can bring someone who really understands HP's components.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ku kira SUHU, ternyata CUPU.
Nyesel datang service disini, saya ada kendala di hp korslet kena air, sudah dijelaskan hp 3hari terakhir masih nyala hidup, nmun dibagian mesin pcb panas, wifi off, bluetooth off, kecerahan layar redup!!
Tapi teknisi bilang kerusakan di LCD, ( vonis dengan LOGIKA ) tnpa cek satu persatu komponen mesin trsebut dan bilang mesin aman jaya!! okelah nurut ganti LCD,
Stelah hmpir 3jam nunggu, LCD sudah diganti dan akhirnya tetap gaada perubahan!! Dan mereka bilang hrs ditinggal.
Sudah 2hari saya datang kmbali ke tmpat, dan mereka bilang "TIDAK BISA DIBENERIN"
=Kesimpulan nya - kalo ngecek kerusakan harus test komponen nya satu² dong, jangan pake logika doang,, kemungkinan LCD saya masih normal malah divonis rusak!! "Amatiran"

I regret coming to service here, I have a problem with the short circuit in the water, it has been explained that the cellphone for the last 3 days is still on, but the pcb engine is hot, wifi is off, bluetooth is off, screen brightness is dim!!
But the technician said the LCD was damaged, (the verdict with LOGIC) without checking one by one the engine components and said the machine was safe and victorious!! OK, according to the LCD,
After almost 3 hours of waiting, the LCD has been replaced and finally there is no change!! And they said they had to leave.
It's been 2 days since I came back to the place, and they said "CAN'T BE HELPED"
=The conclusion - if you check for damage, you have to test the components one by one, don't just use logic, maybe my LCD is still normal, but I was sentenced to be damaged!! "Amateur"

Hari Jumat ganti Lcd xiaomi 350 rb tanpa garansi , okelah.
baru 3 hari, hari senin lcd nya blank ga nyala. hape normal bunyi suaranya cuma lcd nya blank.
otomatis balik lg donk kesini, pas dicek hape saya DIVONIS mesin rusak, mesti di service mesin 400 rb.
logika lcd yg kaga nyala malah bilang rusak mesin ( NYARI DUIT LAGI YAAA )
nego dpet harga service mesin dari 400 RB JADI 80 RB . (KETARA BANGET NYARI DUITNYA)
oke deal 80 rb, padahal hape kaga di service mesin sama sekali.
PENGALAMAN BURUK, DIKIRA SAYA GA PAHAM HANDPHONE SAYA DIEMIN AJA.
KAPOK, SARAN SAYA JANGAN SERVICE DISINI .
KALO MASIH SERVICE DISINI YA NANTI JUGA NGERASAAIN APA YANG SAYA RASAIN. HEHE SEKIAN

Friday replace Lcd xiaomi 350 rb without warranty, okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ teknisinya ramah2, diagnosanya bagus ngurut dari yg gampang dulu ngk lgsung bilang mesin yh rusaknya, soqlyq dr 3 tempat saya muter semua bilang mesin, nah di tempat ini bilang kita cek dulu ya klu ngk jadi atau ngk cocok harga ngk jadi juga ngk kena biaya, ternyata setelah di cek yg rusak cuman satu kabel. jd ini tempat recomen lah
