★ ★ ★ ★ ★ properti ini untuk sewa bulanan di apartement sentra timur sangat2 buruk. Pertama, unit yang saya sewa tidak sesuai dengan unit yg dijanjikan, tanpa ada pemberitahuan di awal bahwa unit semula belum ready. Dari mulai permasalahan pertama pemilik properti sudah mulai sulit dihubungi dan tidak ada niatan baik untuk menjelaskan secara detail. Kedua, perjanjian kontrak bahwa unit yang saya sewa semi furnish dengan fasilitas AC, kasur, kompor dan horden. Yang tersedia di apart hanya kasur dan AC, ketika diminta pemilik banyak alasan, membalas pesan berhari2 padahal selalu online dan sama sekali tidak meminta maaf bahkan sempat bilang "saya gak ngejar2 untuk sewa disini". Ketiga, waktu saya mau keluar dan tidak perpanjang kontrak, pemilik sama sekali tidak datang untuk cek lokasi, serah terima kunci dll, jadi kita tunda untuk pembayaran listrik terakhir, niat sengaja agar pemilik dan saya bisa bicara terkait masalah waktu saya menyewa dmn pemilik selalu banyak alasan dan menghindar. sekian review mengapa properti ini tidak rekomen.
This property for monthly rent in East Sentra Apartments is terrible. First, the unit I rented was not in accordance with the promised unit, without prior notification that the original unit was not ready. From the start, the first problem of property owners has begun to be difficult to contact and there is no good intention to explain in detail. Second, the contract agreement that the unit I rented was semi-furnish with air conditioning, mattress, stove and curtains. What was available in the apartment was only mattresses and air conditioning, when the owner asked for many reasons, he replied to messages for days even though he was always online and did not apologize at all and even said "I am not chasing to rent here". Third, when I wanted to leave and did not renew the contract, the owner did not come at all to check the location, hand over keys, etc., so we postponed the payment for the last electricity, the intention was deliberately so that the owner and I could talk about the problem of when I rented a lot excuse and shy away. so many reviews why this property does not recommend.

tiba2 besok pagi nya ada notif pembatalan secara sepihak dan di tanya lagi di counter cheapin di apartement kemala lagoon LG (Bekasi) orang counter bilang tidak tau menau dengan bookingan agooda. Dan yg pegang account agoda nya adalah boss nya jd tidak bisa check di mereka *_*
Lebih aneh nya lagi mbak2 nya blg kalau yang kami pesan itu bukan unit mereka (cheapin) dan tidak ada solusi sama sekali dari mereka.
Mohon diperbaiki unk kedepannya. Karena ini sangat membingungkan dan merugikan bagi kami
