★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maaf ya ini pertama kali saya nyobain chatime, dan kesannya agak mengecewakan. Di pesanan tertulis dengan toping puding, tapi setelah diminum tidak ada topingnya hehe. Bukannya gimana2 ya, tapi tolong untuk tetap lebih teliti lagi dalam melayani pesanan pelanggan. Padahal sudah antri lama sekali tetapi kesan pertama seperti ini. Terimakasih sebelumnya.
Sorry, this is the first time I tried chatime, and the impression was rather disappointing. On the order written with toping pudding, but after drinking there is no toping hehe. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sy udh beberapa kali beli chatime tapi baru pertama kali ini beli chatime dijogja. Bobanya alot, agak keras gak chewy seperti biasa sy beli dicabang batam. Padahal sy pesen yg hazelnut. Agak kecewa. Mudah2an next time bisa diperbaiki sm karyawannya..
I have bought chatime several times but this is the first time buying chatime is hijacked. The weight is tough, it's a bit hard, not chewy like usual, I bought it in Batam. Even though I ordered the hazelnut one. A little disappointed. Hopefully next time it can be fixed by the employees ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udah jualan sedotan pakai ulang, tas pakai ulang, tapi tiap pesanan dikasi tatakan plastik. Setiap kali pesan di gofood juga selalu kasi catatan minta tanpa sedotan, tapi SELALU dikasih sedotan. 9 dari 10x pesan minta no straw selalu dikasih sedotan. Sebenarnya chatime beneran niat gogreen atau cuma biar bisa pake embel2 gogreen? ??
Already selling reusable straws, reusable bags, but each order comes with a plastic tray. Every time you order a gofood message, always give me a note asking without a straw, but ALWAYS a straw. 9 out of 10 times the message asking for no straw is always given a straw. Actually chatime really intends to go green or just so you can use gogreen frills? ??
