★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's my first visit to Chatime in Hartono Mall. I came here at 11 am, where there's no long queue in front of the cashier. I ordered my favourite Grass Jelly with Fresh Milk in a large cup. I am very satisfied with their service. I also made my Chatime membership here, after I asked about it to the cashier. The cashier explained about how to become a member very clearly and friendly. She said I only have to fill a short form and pay IDR 10,000. I think they did a good job here and please be patient if there's a queue.
