★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya salah satu pemilik rumah di chantiqa cluster.. dan saya sangat-sangat tidak puas dengan rumah yang saya tempati sekarang. harga WOWWW dengan hasil sangat-sangat buruk.. komplain sudah dilayangkan tapi blm ada tanggapan sampai sekarang. malah si marketing berkata "komplain yang mana ya ?"...

I am one of the homeowners in the Chantiqa cluster ... and I am very, very dissatisfied with the house I live in now. WOWWW prices with very, very bad results .. complaints have been posted but there has been no response until now. instead the marketing said "which complaint huh?" ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bu Agnes ya si masih singel suka bawa tamu nginep. Sudah gitu bil ke warga adik ya, ternyata pacar ya setelah pengurus llingkungan kerumah ibu sampe jam 4 pagi malah.
Lapor kelingkungan juga ga, situ ja ga menghargai pengurus lingkungan. Saksi banyak bu, kalo keberatan sama iuran nanti dibalikin bu bisa kita kondisikan.
Patesan ga pernah kelihatan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mending jangan beli deh rumah disni. Kacau banget sistem nya, apalagi warga nya... sangat ribet. Apalagi satpam nya, saya warga disni tapi saya berasa tinggal di mess. Semua tamu2 saya di ribetin. Masa punya rumah sendiri, ada tamu gak boleh tutup pintu. Posisinya saya punya anjing dan gak ad pager. Wah kacau deh pokoknya, iuran nya juga gak masuk akal, bisa 150rb sebulan.

Chantiqa Warga nya kompak , solid , dan saling menghormati satu sama lain.
Mungkin jika ada yang mengaku sebagai warga tp merasa resah , kembali tanya kembali ke diri anda , apakah anda kenal ke tetangga?
Untuk tinggal di perumahan yang mempunyai sistem cluster one gate system, dimanapun akan selalu ada dana / iuran. Kalau keberatan dengan iuran bulanan cluster , saya rasa anda belum siap untuk tinggal di perumahan cluster. Silahkan cari rumah di atas gunung di pinggir hutan saja yamg tidak ada iuran bulanan.
Bisa bawa tamu bebas , mau kebo , kambing atau sapi. Jangankan piara anjing, Mau piara dinosaurus juga tidak ada yang melarang pastinya ..

Maybe if someone claims to be a resident but feels restless, ask yourself back, do you know your neighbors?
To live in a housing that has a one gate system cluster system, there will always be funds / contributions wherever you are. If you object to the monthly cluster fee, I don't think you are ready to live in cluster housing. Please look for a house on the mountain on the edge of the forest where there is no monthly fee.
Can bring free guests, want kebo, goats or cows. Never mind dogs, no one wants to pet dinosaurs, of course ..
