★ ★ ★ ★ ★ China town shopping center. You can find everything chinese here. But i bought music CD for expensive price here, i regret it. I think if the seller knows youre not familiar with the place they will sell stuff with higher price.
Its crowded and super hard to find parking spot here so its better to ride public transportation to get here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very old "mall" in Chinatown of Jakarta. This place was a big hype in the 80s yet the building is getting too old and less interesting than other modern ones.
However, some of cheap and unique stores are still here. From very affordable traditional drug stores to snacks and decorations. If you are looking for a place where you could experience chinatown shopping ala modern 80s, this place will be perfect for you.
Outside the building, we could find many street vendors that might sell something interesting for your eyes or for your palate. The parking lot of this building has been changed into a very cool place, Petak 6, a modern "traditional" chinatown food place. You might want to visit and eat here or just enjoying the morning/afternoon breeze. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was gere for lunch with my old friend, there's a small spot for food court & so far they have one of the best Chinese food's restaurants ! Though it's an old building but they have quiet strict health protocols & enough facilities. Thay also have New Petak Enam Food Court's area... it's an open space concept & down stair they only allowed you sitting for 2 person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The photos are actually not from the old Chandra Building. These are from Petak Enam which is located just alongside the old Chandra Building. Appreciate the effort, really makes a nice atmosphere for dining and hanging out there to enjoy Chinese town vibe. Definitely recommend to visit. Parking is not really a problem like it used to be, there's a nearby mall with big parking building so don't hesitate.
