★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15 menit lom dapet ticket, cuman 2 counter yg buka melayani 8 studio.. Mantap dah antrinya, mesin cashless ngk semua bekerja.. Susah lawan kompetitor yg lebih profesional
15 minutes I didn't get a ticket, only 2 counters were open serving 8 studios.. The queues are great, the cashless machines don't all work.. It's hard to beat competitors who are more professional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya kurang banget memasuki pandemi ini. Mulai dari pengumuman masuk Sinemanya nggk ada, masuk ke sinema nya juga gak dijagain. Lalu keadaan di dlm sinemanya juga panass, mungkin AC nya gak semuanya nyala. Jadi agak sumpek kalau pake masker. Mungkin itu semua akibat banyak pemangkasan karyawan. Jadi kurang baik dalam pemeliharaannya. Solusinya cuma satu, Yuk kita semua nonton ke bioskop dengan mematuhi semua prokes.
