Antri dr jam 9, jam 9. 40 blm di panggil
Di tambah kartu untuk masuk mobil cargo, selalu ke habisan..
Parah kinerjanya
Tolong di rubah cara kerjannya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanya memperlambat proses release barang impor LCL. Komunikasi antara CFS dengan pihak gudang/PBM seyogyanya dapat dilakukan secara internal tanpa harus melibatkan pihak importir. Importir sudah membayar via PBM nah urusan selanjutnya PBM yg ke CFS jadi pihak importir setelah melakukan pembayaran dapat langsung release barangnya tanpa harus dibebankan kewajiban untuk melapor ke CFS lagi. Ayo kerja, bisa dipermudah kenapa harus dipersulit?
It only slows down the process of releasing imported LCL goods. Communication between CFS and the warehouse/PBM should be done internally without involving the importer. The importer has paid via PBM, so the next thing is PBM who goes to CFS so the importer after making the payment can immediately release the goods without having to be charged with the obligation to report to CFS again. Let's work, can be made easier why should it be difficult?
