★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Jalan Kalibata Timur a.k.a. Empang Tiga, there are only 2 convenient store (minimarket). They are Ceriamart (which is Indomaret's sub brand, and Alfamart).
What makes Ceriamart better than Alfamart is: it seems that Ceria has way more variety of itema than Alfamart.
Parking is also free in Ceriamart, while Alfamart isn't.
While Ceriamart generally captures people from Kalibata and Rawajati, then Alfamart captures people from Pejaten Timur, notably Batu Merah, Ceria Mart always get more visitors.
