★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you rent a unit from this agent make sure when you moving in everything at home is working, if they say that they did serviced the aircond before you enter ask for receipt. Tell them if any problem first one month agent must fix it. They do their best to cut your deposit when you moving out, if they try to cut something make sure they show you the receipt as well. I've rented an apartment for 1 year, fully dissatisfied of their service, Century21 is full of scam. They like expat customers more, because they think expats can't do anything when they try to rob them.
