bukan masalah 3 dus yang salah, kalau jualan yang jujur.

Saya beli 3 model keramik dengan jumlah 20 keramik Ikad, 19 keramik Asia tile dan 15 keramik Ikad model serat,
saya order dan dikirim oleh kurir toko, setelah sampai barang nya acak2an serta beberapa jumlah keramik pecah dan 5 dus salah motif,
Saya complain semua itu dan pihak toko menolak buat ditukar padahal barang masih baru turun dari mobil dan belum saya pegang,
Semoga ngga ada korban lagi seperti saya,

saya beli keramik Asia Tile 19 dus dan Ikad 16 dus, saya bayar langsung ditoko dengan ongkirnya.
Setelah sampai keramiknya dengan dus acak2an serta beberapa pcs keramik kurang dan 1 dus lagi ada keramik yang ngga sama. Saya complain bilang bisa ditukar tapi setelah saya ke toko gilanya ngga bisa ditukar dengan alasan saya beli ditoko lain. Jelas2 nota nya ada dan saya ngga ada pernah beli ditoko lain. Semoga saya sebagai contoh buat pembeli lainnya agar lebih teliti dan berhati2 lagi membeli di toko ini

I bought Asia Tile 19 boxes and Ikad 16 boxes, I paid directly in the shop with the postage.
After arriving at the tile with random boxes and a few pcs of less ceramics and 1 box again there are ceramics that are not the same. I complained that it could be exchanged but after I went to the crazy store it couldn't be exchanged with the reason I bought it in another shop. Obviously the memorandum is there and I never bought it in another shop. I hope as an example for other buyers to be more careful and more careful buying at this store
