★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there today with my aunt to buy a a phone. The store looked like a mess but I think its because it was under renovation. We were looking for a Samsung & clearly just wanted to buy a Samsung, not that the other brands are bad but we're just used to the brand & just want to stick with it.
Then this staff recommend us another brand, Vivo. Since I wasn't sure about it and doesn't know anyone that has ever use the brand, I reject it politely. Then, I asked another brand that we were interested in but she clearly didn't seem to be cooperative. She didn't even try to explain the phone that I was interested in and clearly just want us to buy Vivo. She kept trying to persuade me again to buy Vivo, and because we're annoyed, we (again) rejected it politely & decided to leave then she & the other staff rolled their eyes on me, like, the hell?
I know they were just trying to sell the phones but if that's the way they're doing it, then its not a nice way to do so.
Please fix your staffs attitude.
