★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spesialis mercedes benz, harga terjangkau, kerjaan rapih, bisa sambil dengar kicau burung (sumpah banyak banget peliharaannya), om wawan juga enak diajak diskusi sayangnya kurang luas aja setelah dikurangi dengan mobil yg dititip jadi kapasitas mobil kalau sedang full cuma maksimal 4 mobil....
Mercedes benz specialist, affordable price, neat work, can listen to the chirping of birds (so many pet vows), Uncle Henry is also good to be invited to discussion, unfortunately it is not too broad after being reduced by a car that is entrusted so that the car's capacity when full is only a maximum of 4 cars .. ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Montirnya Parah. . .udah jelas Main Fan mobil mati,berarti indikasi kendala ada di Motor Fan . .Fuse . .atau Modul nya Rusak.
Setelah dilakukan pengecekan yg lumayan lama ujung-ujungnya di vonis harus "URUT KABEL". . .Muke Gileee...!!
Untung aja bos bengkelnya turun tangan dan menemukan kendala yg sebenarnya...yaitu Modul Fan mobilnya rusak dan mesti diganti.
Severe mechanic. . It's obvious the Main Fan is dead, which means there are indications of obstacles in the Motor Fan. Fuse. .or the Module Is Damaged.
After a fairly long check the edges in the verdict must be "URUT CABLE". . Uke Gileee ... !!
Luckily, the workshop boss stepped in and found the real problem ... the Fan Module of the car was broken and had to be replaced.

Pelayanannya ramah sih,
Tapi.....
Kasih harga sparepartnya gak wajar, bisa di markup 75% bahkan hampir 2x lipat dr harga sparepart ditoko.
Sebenarnya sangat wajar sih utk lakukan mark up dr harga toko, tapi kalo sampai sebesar itu..???
Sdh coba kasih masukan ke ownernya ttg hal ini ( barangkali hanya ulah pegawainya), tapi No Response...

Dimana perhatian thd Customer & pelanggan, menjadi syarat mutlak utk tetap berbisnis, Bengkel ini malah kasih Pengalaman buruk yg sangat menyebalkan ke Customer...

But.....
The price of spare parts is not reasonable, it can be marked up to 75% and even almost 2x the price of spare parts in stores.
Actually, it's very reasonable to do a mark up on the store price, but if it's that big...???
I've tried giving input to the owner about this (perhaps it's just the work of the employee), but No Response...
Today, in the digital era..
Where attention to customers & customers is an absolute requirement to keep doing business, this workshop actually gives a very annoying bad experience to the customer...
