β β β β β Need to be very careful to use CEKINDO service.
If you don't have Indonesian local liaison who can closely monitor CEKINDO's service, it is very risky to use its service.
I had a service contract with CEKINDO for revising our PT. PMA's documentation in July 2015. It was supposed to take 2 ~ 2 and half months to finish the job.
But it is STILL not finished after TWO YEARS.
I recently got the notice that the job cannot be done due to the regulation changed.
I found that the concern regulation had been changed in 2015 just right after service contract made. BUT CEKINDO DID NOT INFORM at all.
The worst thing is that
CEKINDO had made me to use its several services because of fulfill the revise even after they knew it is not legally possible to do.
I spent huge money to follow the CEKINDO's guide for last two years (useless service fees, overseas business trip to Jakarta). It was just wasted of time and money.
CEKINDO's follow-up is terrible as well.
PICs of my account is keep changing. It seems it is a ploy to stall for a time by contacting all the staffs in rotation.
They often trying to claim an expense I already paid. They did several times.
If you don't have a reliable local liaison who monitor CEKINDO. It is VERY RISKY to use CEKINDO.
