Sangat buruk
 Poor service, no queues, just told to wait, when it was my turn, someone cut my queue with the same goal and the clerk was just silent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satpamnya ngedahuluin nomor antrian di blkg saya, pdhl di depan saya masih ada 2 orang... Coba terapin sistem nomor urut, dan tandain semisal emng tugas csnya beda (ada 2 cs).. kalo ga bsa ngamuk smua itu cust uda ngantri lama, didahuluin yg baru masuk.
The security guard precedes the queue number behind me, even though there are still 2 people in front of me... Try to treat the serial number system, and mark it as if the cs assignments are different (there are 2 cs). preceded the new entry.
