★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mom Firdhanya friendly sekali, kucingku Bolu yang biasanya susah adaptasi ditempat baru, ini cepet banget adaptasinya, dan langsung manja sama mba Firdha.
Tempatnya nyaman dan bersih, tempat mainnya cukup luas, trus setiap hari selalu update kirim WA ke kita kegiatan Bolu ngapain aja selama di sana ??

 Mom Firdha is very friendly, my cat Bolu, which is usually difficult to adapt to new places, adapts very quickly, and immediately spoils Ms. Firdha.
The place is comfortable and clean, the place to play is quite spacious, then every day always update, send WA to us, what are Bolu activities doing while there ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cat hotel yang beneran bikin kucing & owner nyaman banget. Setiap hari selalu ngasih kabar (foto & video) kucing kita lagi ngapain, dirawat dgn baik bener-bener dianggap kyk kucing sendiri. Kucingku yang di rumah sendirian (ga ada kucing lain) cukup introvert jadi bisa punya temen disiniii. Dimanjain banget jadi ngga perlu khawatir. Makanan, minumnya rutin diganti jadi kucing juga happy. Kandangnya jugaa bersih & ada playground nya kalau si kucing bosen & lg pengen mainn
Owner cat hotelnya juga ramah dan informatif bangett bisa ditanya-tanyain tips ngerawat kucing yg baik. Kebetulan aku masih jadi beginner ngerawat kucing jadi seneng banget punya kesempatan nitipin kucing ku disinii.
The hotel paint that really makes cats & owners is very comfortable. Every day we always give news (photos & videos) our cats again, they are well cared for really considered kyk cats themselves. My house is at home alone (no other cat) is quite introverted so you can have friends hereii. It's really that it doesn't need to worry. Food, drinking routine is replaced as a cat too happy. The cage is also clean & there is a playground if the cat is bored & lg want to play
The hotel paint owner is also friendly and informative bangett can be asked - ask the tips on making good cats. Incidentally, I still became Beginner to make a cat so happy to have a chance to nitipin my cat hereie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just adopted Gethuk two months ago, so I was absolutely nervous to put her under someone else's care while I had to go back to my hometown for Christmas for 9 days. Gethuk is a scaredy kid with a whole baggage of trauma, & I was worried we would go back to square 1.
Me & my partner spent 2 weeks curating cat hotels in town. Many has pretty Instagram, expensive-looking facilities, & whatnot but we eventually fell for this place. Mainly because of the brilliant Google Reviews, the previous clients spoke highly of the owners so we made out choices.
And they definitely went way beyond expectation.
Kak Firdha & Gary are true cat lovers & they treated Gethuk themselves with so much of genuine love. They were so patient with her, giving her space to adjust, & encouraged her bit by bit to socialize. I received daily videos & photos, gave me updates on how Gethuk was doing each day—which eased my concerns.
At the end of the week, it was clear that Gethuk has made a home there. I even had to coax her to let go of Kak Firdha.
For anyone who hesitates, I hope this is the sign you need. I know how hard it is to find trustworthy caretaker for your cats. Cats Hotel Cinere is worth every penny!
