Tanggapannya cepat, baik via telepon maupun whatsapp. Pertanyaan ini itu yang saya ajukan -bahkan soal apakah makanan akan tahan hingga malam hari- dijawab ramah oleh Ibu Kiki. Proses pemesanan mudah karena kode-kode menu tertera jelas, baik untuk lunch box maupun snacks box. Konfirmasi pemesanan langsung dikirim segera setelah pembayaran dilakukan. Pesanan tiba tepat waktu (bahkan setengah jam lebih awal dari waktu pemesanan). Desain box dan kertas pembungkus nasi bagus dan kelihatan dibuat dengan serius. Rasa masakan baik dan benar. Ayam gorengnya empuk dan tidak sulit dipotong dengan sendok plastik (persoalan yang sering membuat saya trauma makan atau memesan ayam goreng dalam nasi kotak adalah ayamnya yang alot dan membuat sendok plastik yang disediakan sampai patah). Makanan dan kue tahan sampai malam dalam keadaan segar, tidak tercium bau basi (hal yang saya khawatirkan dan secara terus terang saya sampaikan pada Bu Kiki). Senang menemukan Cater Box. Besok-besok kalau perlu memesan nasi box lagi saat ada di Bandung, pasti akan memesan ke Cater Box lagi. Terima kasih dan sukses terus ya.

The ordering process is easy because the menu codes are clearly visible, both for lunch boxes and snacks boxes. Order confirmation is sent immediately after payment is made. The order arrived on time (even half an hour earlier than the order time). The rice box and wrapping paper design is great and looks like it's taken seriously. The taste of the cuisine is good and correct. The fried chicken is tender and not difficult to cut with a plastic spoon (the problem that often makes me traumatized eating or ordering fried chicken in boxed rice is that the chicken is tough and makes the plastic spoon provided until it breaks). Food and cakes last until night fresh, do not smell stale (something I worry about and I honestly tell Mrs. Kiki). Glad to find a Cater Box.
