★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bangunan baru, tempat strategis, tarif affordable, cuma semalem gabisa tidur gara2 penghuni lantai atas berisik sampe jam 3 pagi, mungkin perlu dibuat peraturan jam 12 ke atas ga boleh bising/gaduh krn ganggu tamu yg lain
 new building, strategic place, affordable rates, just couldn't sleep last night because the occupants upstairs were noisy until 3 am, maybe a rule should be made at 12 and above can't be noisy / noisy because it disturbs other guests

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sy jumat 27 nov menginap disini via agoda. Jam 13.40 sy check in. pertama oleh resepsionis saya ditanyai no booking. Saya sebutkan nama, pihak resepsionis ogah ogahan utk mengecek di data customner yg menginap. Setelah itu sy tunjukkan ktp barulah resepsionis mau buka data. Setelah itu pihak resepsionis tetap minta check in jam 14. alasan kamar siap. Saya merasa sikap resepsionis kurang ramah dan kooperatif dalam melayani tamu. Kelebihan nya kamar baru dan bersih. tidak ada breakfast. Harga tidak murah 250rb.
I'm Friday 27 November staying here via agoda. At 13.40 I checked in. first by the receptionist I was asked no booking. I mentioned the name, the receptionist was reluctant to check the customer data staying overnight. After that I showed my ID then the receptionist wanted to open the data. After that the receptionist still asked to check in at 14. the reason the room was ready. I feel the attitude of the receptionist is less friendly and cooperative in serving guests. The advantages are new and clean rooms. no breakfast. The price is not cheap 250rb.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked this place for 1 month but I only stayed here for 2 weeks, because it was a bad experience.
My first problem is the parking. If you have a car you get your own parking. But if you have a motorbike they will force you to park in one spot. They are forcing 20+ motorbikes to park in one small spot. If you are in a hurry sometimes you must wait until someone moves their motorbike so you can exit. My motorbike received many scratches and I had to pay to repair them.
Second problem is the AC. The AC is not properly installed, it is very weak, it does not cool. The management gave me another room but the AC was also weak in all the rooms. I have used the same model AC in other hotels and it was working properly.
The cleaning is very bad. They promise you 1 time cleaning per week but you must do the cleaning according to their schedule. I'm not sure if I work for them or they work for me, I am doing the proper cleaning myself. The cleaning is very basic and the room stay dirty. Also the cleaner is not using mask or gloves, contaminating the room.
The door is using electronic lock and the battery is always finishing and it takes long time to enter the room. Sometimes the lock malfunction and the room doesn't lock properly.
My room had no wifi and they promised to install the router "next day" but it took them more than 2 weeks to install.
The windows have poor build quality, they are not properly sealed. The air is leaking to outside and also insects entering the room.
Their promotion is misleading, they say that electricity will be included but actually only 60kw.
They do not allow go-food to enter, if you live on top floor you must go down and up everytime you want to receive something. They will not receive it for you.
The laundry is very expensive, you can get cheaper laundry outside.
The pricing of the room is too high, the rooms are very small. You can get much better rooms for same price in jogja.
At night the security bringing their friends and smoking and sleeping on the floor in entrance. If you are entering/exiting at night there is 4-5 men following you with their eyes, specially if you have guest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly built (2021) with nice, clean, modern rooms. Comfy bed with medium-sized fridge, medium sized TV, and decent furnishings. Good front-desk staff. Good security. Keyless locks. Central location near to everything. Highly recommended.
