β β β β β Its a big cluster with a good facilities, the enviroment is calm and far from car noises, has gym and pool facilites, good security. The only thing that bugs me as a visitor is the internet provider here are only Biznet and its pricey.

The huge area with an easy access to reach, there's minimarket, restaurants and warung (Food stall on the street) Telkom School

β β β β β An Oasis in the middle of poluted city. This housing complex has plenty of trees. Even better a city forest with small pond is being built.

β β β β β I live in this residential complex since 2013 because I love the quiteness, not crowded and clean air in this housing complex. However since the estate management open the inner boulevard road for public mostly motorcycle as shortcut path to Kapuk or PIK area, currently the environment is very dirty, dusty and noisy. Besides air polution there are several incident like accident (motorcycle fell down due to speeding, crash the car and hit the kids with bicycle) since enormous number of motorcycle crossing this residentials complex whole day with high speed and sometimes spit out their saliva during they trip. Personally, I'm planning to relocate to different location once my kids entering secondary level.
You can imagine how nasty and crazy most of motorcyclist who regularly crossing Daan Mogot road. Now the estate management welcoming and let them come to our neighbourhood by providing them alternatives road for shortcut to Kapuk and PIK area.
It would be better to re-think if you want to purchase a house at this area. Besides that the land and building price using benchmark the other residential area who already well known for its well planned, comfy, quiteness, clean air and well being environment and community.
