★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ternyata banyak yang bilang pelayanannya buruk..bukan cuma saya yang merasakan krn memang BURUK.. Sangat tidak responsive baik via chat wa, telefon langsung maupun live chatnya..
Saya biasa ga suka tulis review tapi ini benar2 pengalaman yang mengecewakan..
Orderan saya katanya sudah dikirim, ditanya no.resi ga dijawab- jawab setelah 4-5hari kemudian saya diberitahu barang yg sy pesan kosong itupun saya yang menghubungi CS..
Katanya mau diproses refund tapi di follow up samsek ga dibaca.. ?

I usually don't like to write reviews but this was truly a disappointing experience ..
My order, he said, had been sent, asked no. No answer was answered after 4-5 days later I was told the item I ordered was empty and even then I was contacting CS ...
He said that he wanted the refund process but was followed up by the samsek not read .. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan BURUK. Menjengkelkan! Terutama order via WEB. Karena ga ada batas maksimal lama pengemasan, seperti yang di ecommerce. Orderan saya 9 hari hingga sekarang belum pengiriman. Dichat, email, ga di respon. Di telpon dan wa, hanya bilang "kami cek kembali", dan sampe sekarang belum konfirmasi, di Wa ulang hanya di read! Telpon pun udah ga pernah diangkat. Bener² ga profesional dan amanah. Asli nyesel banget udah order.
BAD Service. Annoying! Especially orders via WEB. Because there is no maximum limit on the duration of packaging, as in ecommerce. My order has been 9 days until now. Dichat, email, not responded. On the phone and wa, just saying "we check again", and until now it has not been confirmed, on Wa repeated only read! The telephone has never been picked up. Really professional and trustworthy. The original was very regretful I already ordered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan CS seller di e-commerce ijo parah. Sebelum bayar, diskusi barang yg di mau ada. Langsung instant transfer. Ditunggu 3 hari proses barang kosong, pilih opsi lain dikonfirmasi ready. Besok nya bilang kosong lagi, oke pilih lagi yg lain.
Sampe akhirnya masuk ke status menunggu pickup, seneng dong. Tapi sampai 3 hari kok statusnya gantung terus. Saya tanya ada kendala kurir nggak, malah dijawab sama CS seller nya barang kosong. Lah jadi status delivery nya fiktif? Dan nggak ada inisiatif buat message buyer buat ngasih tau atau apa kek. Digantungin gitu aja status nya, jadi buyer juga nggak bisa batalin juga kalo udah status nunggu pickup.
Akhirnya saya minta batalin dari seller, CS seller mengiyakan untuk di proses ke gudang. Eh berhari-hari nggak diproses dong. Luar biasa deh pengalamannya. Dari 2 Mei sampai 12 Mei nggak ada hasil apa-apa. Kalau emang kosong semua kan bisa kontak untuk minta pilih opsi lain lagi atau ya cancel aja transaksi nya, jangan malah Digantungin statusnya.
Sekarang lagi komplain ke CS ecommerce-nya langsung untuk dibantu. Masih nggak ada respon dari seller, tinggal nunggu auto cancel doang kalo komplain nggak di respon seller.
Yg kacau nya informasi antar CS seller nggak singkron. CS inisial NY bikin blunder informasi. Sayang banget official store pelayanan gini. Coba di training lagi lah CS nya.
Terpaksa review disini supaya orang lain bisa pikir-pikir buat transaksi disini. Refund aja dipersulit padahal nggak ada barang yg di packing dan belum ada pengiriman sama sekali.
CS seller services in green e-commerce are severe. Before paying, discuss the items you want there. Instant instant transfer. Wait for 3 days to process the item is empty, select another option confirmed ready. Tomorrow it says empty again, okay choose another one.
Until finally entering the status waiting for pickup, I'm happy. But up to 3 days why the status is hanging. I asked if there was a problem with the courier. Instead, CS was answered by the seller of empty goods. Is the delivery status fictitious? And there is no initiative for message buyers to tell or what. It just depends on the status, so the buyer can't cancel it also if the status is waiting for pickup.
Finally I asked for a cancellation from the seller, CS seller agreed to be processed to the warehouse. Eh, it hasn't been processed for days. Amazing experience. From 2 May to 12 May there were no results. If it's really empty, everyone can contact to ask for another option, or just cancel the transaction, don't hang the status.
Now again complaining to CS ecommerce it directly for help. Still no response from the seller, just wait for the auto cancel only if the complaint is not in the seller's response.
The chaotic information between CS sellers is not synchronous. CS NY initials make information blunders. Too bad official store service like this. Try the CS training again.
Forced to review here so other people can think about making transactions here. Refunds are complicated even though there are no packaged items and no shipping at all.
