Barang kiriman ke Batam seharusnya perkiraan tiba tgl 12 juli 2019, Barang dikirim ke kantor Cargonesia sejak tgl 29 juni 2019, dijelaskan bhw dalam 12 hari akan tiba. Per hari senin dicheck ke Cargonesia bhw barangnya msh dijakarta. Cs Cargonesia berbeda lagi penjelasannya bhw 12 hari sejak kapal berangkat.Kami ada komitmen dng penerima barang ,Bagaimana Solusinya ? AWB 1707.12299 .
Terima kasih responnya, namun saya tdk bisa menghubungi no telp yg saudara berikan, telpnya posisi tdk dpt dihubungi.Sangat disayangkan tidak ada informasi kepada kami sama sekali sebelumnya hingga kami menghubungi kantor Cargonesia. Dan kami harus memproduksi kembali barang tersebut dan mengirimkan via cargo perusahaan lain. Dengan demikian agar barang kiriman kami yang Cargonesia belum kirimkan sesuai AWB segera dikembalikan beserta pembayaran kami.

Masih merasa keberatan kasih bintang 1. Kalau bisa Minus 5
Pelayanan yang tidak bagus. Pengiriman lambat. Pengiriman tidak bisa di tracking. CS terlalu banyak alasan saat ditanyakan keberadaan barang.
Jika ada yang cari Ekspedisi dan pelayanan demikian silahkan pakai Cargonesia.

Not good service. Slow delivery. Delivery cannot be tracked. CS has too many reasons when asked about the existence of goods.
