 Workshop recommended! Trustful & Good. Yesterday fixed the left glass power window, the cost was very honest & friendly, the result was okay. Service fee 30 + replace relay 40, total 70 ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman sy, datang jam 8 dan toko buka jam 8.30. Langsung dilayani.. Ditanya apa saja masalahnya kemudian langsung dikerjakan. Nunggu +- 2 jam jadi, benerin cetral lock.
Kurang nya, teknisi ndak ngasih tau detil apa aja yg kurang saat pekerjaan. Jd diselesaikan apa yg jd masalah kita saja.
Bos nya ramah, teknisi ya ramah tp kurang ahli, harga lumayan. Rame jg yg datang hari senin
My experience, came at 8 and the shop opened at 8.30. Immediately served .. Asked what the problem is then immediately done. Wait +- 2 hours so, fix the central lock.
The drawback is that the technician does not give details about what is lacking during work. So it's just solved what is our problem.
The boss is friendly, the technician is friendly but not skilled, the price is decent. Too many people who come on Monday

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pemilik dan Pelayanan ok,tehnisinya lumayan banyak dan cekatan,tarif juga tergolong terjangkau,bengkel selalu ramai, rencanakan jika anda mau ke bengkel ini, lebih baik saat pagi hari saat antrian belum banyak, selalu patuhi protokol kesehatan jika anda berkunjung ke bengkel ini.
The owner and service are ok, the technicians are quite a lot and agile, the rates are also quite affordable, the workshop is always crowded, plan if you want to go to this workshop, it's better in the morning when the queue is not much, always obey the health protocols if you visit this workshop.

Ada review satu bintang yang saya temukan di kolom review Google bengkel ini. Spekulasi saya adalah customer tersebut kebetulan ditangani oleh salah satu montir yang memang kurang enak untuk diajak komunikasi. Saya termasuk salah satu customer yang kebetulan ditangani oleh montir tersebut. Memang dari caranya berkomunikasi dan melayani pelanggan kurang begitu menyenangkan. Makanya kesan yang muncul jadi kurang enak.
Namun, saya perlu objektif menilai kinerja bengkel ini. Overall, pengerjaan yang dilakukan sangatlah cepat. Kebetulan dua saklar power window saya bermasalah. Satu pin yang ada di dalam tombol saklarnya patah, yang satu lagi tidak bisa digunakan. Hanya dalam 30-40 menit saja masalah tersebut tertangani. Hasil pengerjaannya pun juga rapi. Para montir sepertinya memang telah sangat terlatih.
Untuk harganya juga sangat ramah di kantong. 70 ribu untuk memperbaiki dua saklar bermasalah tersebut. Harga yang menurut saya sangat murah bila dibandingkan harus mengganti power window seharga 900an atau mengerjakan sendiri yang belum tentu hasilnya optimal atau malah bikin saya emosi karena gagal.
Kasir (yang mungkin pemilik bengkel ini) juga ramah. Beliau sangat murah senyum, sangat berbeda dengan montir yang saya ceritakan di awal tadi. Jadi, saat kita membayar kita akan merasa telah diperhatikan dengan baik sehingga kita pun akan mendapatkan kesan yang baik juga dari bengkel ini.

There is a one-star review that I found in this workshop's Google review column. My speculation is that the customer happened to be handled by one of the mechanics who was not very comfortable to communicate with. I am one of the customers who happened to be handled by the mechanic. Indeed, the way he communicates and serves customers is not very pleasant. That's why the impression that appears is not good.
However, I need to objectively assess the performance of this workshop. Overall, the work done was very fast. Incidentally two of my power window switches have problems. One pin on the switch button is broken, the other one can't be used. In just 30-40 minutes the problem is resolved. The workmanship is also neat. The mechanics seem to have been very well trained.
For the price it is also very pocket friendly. 70 thousand to fix the two problematic switches. The price, in my opinion, is very cheap when compared to having to replace the power windows for 900s or doing it yourself which is not necessarily optimal or even makes me emotional because it failed.
The cashier (who may be the owner of this workshop) is also friendly. He is very smiley, very different from the mechanic I described earlier. So, when we pay we will feel that we have been well looked after so that we will also get a good impression from this workshop.
