★ ★ ★ ★ ★ so far ok! dkt bgt sama ranch market pesanggrahan dan tmptnya rapi, petugasnya semua pake masker jg. utk pengerjaan lama sih, soalnya harus dikirim dulu ke pusat tapi setidaknya sepatu dan tas balik normal. thank youu cap!
so far ok! very much the same as the pesanggrahan ranch market and it looks neat, all the officers wear masks too. It's a long process, the problem is that you have to send it to the center first, but at least the shoes and bags are normal. thank youu cap!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awalnya niat hanya lem sol sepatu yg terbuka karena lama tidak digunakan jadi lemnya kering. Harga untuk jasa re-glue 75rb dan jika di jahit nambah 25rb. Ternyata untuk garansi 1 bulan hanya berlaku jika di jahit, jika hanya di re-glue tidak ada garansi..
Saya taro sepatu saya hari Selasa (estimasi pengerjaan dari pihak captain fix 3hari) namun karena saya rencana pakai hari Minggu, jadi janjian diambil hari Sabtu saja. Sampe Sabtu siang tidak ada informasi, sore sekitar jam 3 saya kesana, saya tanyakan sepatu saya karena tidak ada info by sms/wa, di cek kebelakang katanya sudah, lalu sepatu diserahkan ke saya untuk saya cek. Ancurr dong, lem nya berantakan!! Saya komplain dan dibawa kebelakang lagi untuk dibersihkan. Setelah dibersihkan, diserahkan kembali kepada saya. Tau ga apa yg terjadi? Lem sepatu nya jd ikutan ilang karena cairan pembersih lem. Jadinya sepatunya mangap lagi!! Akhirnya saya tinggal lagi, 2 hari kemudian br ada info dari pihak captain fix bahwa sudah selesai. Selanjutnya saya datang dan cek sepatu saya, overall sih dari sisi pengerjaan better namun tidak terlalu berbeda jauh dengan sol sepatu abang2 (dapat dilihat pada foto yang saya lampirkan). Awal nya saya ada ekspektasi akan much better setidaknya rapih tidak ada bekas lem, secara di abang2 20rb, ini 90rb (dpt diskon 10persen dr awal biaya 100rb).
Oh iya, positif poin yg saya rasakan dari captain fix ini di fitur live chat sebelum saya ke lokasi, itu responsif dan informatif..
Saran dari saya kedepannya agar dapat ditingkatkan QC nya

The price for re-glue service is IDR 75,000 and if you sew it, it will add IDR 25,000. It turns out that the 1 month warranty is only valid if sewn, if only re-glue there is no guarantee ..
I put my shoes on Tuesday (estimated workmanship from the captain fix 3 days) but because I plan to wear it on Sunday, so I made an appointment on Saturday only. Until Saturday afternoon there was no information, in the afternoon around 3 o'clock I went there, I asked for my shoes because there was no information by sms / wa, on the back check he said already, then the shoes were handed over to me for me to check. Ancurr please, the glue is messy !! I complained and was taken back again to be cleaned. After cleaning, it was handed back to me. Do you know what happened? The glue on the shoes is also lost because of the glue cleaning liquid. So his shoes are ready again !! Finally I stayed again, 2 days later there was information from the Captain Fix that it was finished. Next I came and checked my shoes, overall in terms of workmanship better, but not too different from the soles of my brothers' shoes (can be seen in the photo I attached). Initially, I had the expectation that it would be much better, at least neatly there was no trace of glue, for 20 thousand brothers, this was 90 thousand (10 percent discount from the initial cost of 100 thousand).
Oh yeah, the positive points I feel from Captain Fix are in the live chat feature before I go to the location, it's responsive and informative ...
My suggestion in the future is that the QC can be improved
