★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a captain barber membership for 2 years but recently my experience was not like ussual the service was slow the time too cut hair was also very slow not like the ussual so the whole process was very time consuming it took around 2hrs from waiting to cutting your hair so maybe improve in the speed of the barber's cutting or increase the amount of the barber's and also the time management made by the reception should be more consistent but the cleaning service was not bad so improve on the receptionist and the barbers and decrease the wait time

I have been a member for over a year here. I usually don't mind waiting for my haircut, but today was an exception as I had an urgent meeting afterwards. I called the barbershop and asked whether my usual barber was vacant, a guy receptionist told me there was nobody at the outlet and booked my haircut
When I arrived and asked, a girl receptionist told me that my barber had 2 waiting list!! The guy receptionist who answered my call WAS THERE PLAYING HIS PHONE PRETENDING HE DIDN'T TALKED TO ME OVER THE PHONE. Hence, I force myself waited unpatiently.
I waited for 1.5 hours but I finally was fed up waiting because my meeting got cancelled too because of waiting, so I left the barber and told the receptionist I would come the next day
To sum up, I would definitely not come back again and just throw away my remaining membership.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best barber shop in town. Feels like a king whenever i do my hair cut there. Friendly hair dresser, awesome staffs. You should check it out and see what i'am talking about sometimes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the cozy place to get a haircut. All the barbers are professional. Shou out to aa eza or bang eza, he has a really good attitude and really nice hair cut. He has attention to detail on his personality! Worth to try

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very crowded, especially in weekend. Need to queue for more than 30 minutes when i came. Prices here for cutting whether wash or not is the same. 100k IDR flat. Although might change in the future.
